Customer Service 5/5 - To begin with, the customer service here is out of this world! Dr. Wong, as well as his staff members, go over and beyond to try and make patients feel welcomed, relaxed, and as though they are really in good hands. He as well as his dental assistants made an effort to get to know me as a person before exploring the reason for my visit. Professionalism 5/5 - Dr. Wong is a highly skilled, second-generation dentist who has made this his life's work. I felt very comfortable with his mannerisms, and his calming nature was just what I needed. He was able to explain my needs and treatment options in a way that both made sense and eased my nerves. His gentle touch and speedy work are impeccable! After having less than desired dental work in the past, it was GREAT having work done by a true professional. Atmosphere 5/5 - The office is spotless. Friendly, smiling faces, and short wait times make this the place for me.
