One engine looked fantastic, the other had a couple parts damaged on it. We informed them of these parts, sent them pictures, and Jordan saw to it that they were replaced immediately with brand new OEM parts. He was prompt, professional, and eager to please in making everything right. Remember, these engines are used and many, if not all, are out of wrecked vehicles. We were very pleased we got more than we asked for. Thank you to Jordan and Grand Valley Auto Parts for your professionalism and expertise.

For each bike I bought, the Parts department gave me great advice and helped me to get both OEM and all the aftermarket accessories I was after. I did a bunch of research myself, but Brandon pointed out what I didn't know I didn't know. They even installed my Cardo in my helmet! Of course I don't love spending money with Service, but Steve is great to chat with about what I've felt and when it's normal or not normal to be concerned. When I don't have work to do when I'm there, I've always been able to take one of their demo bikes out to grab lunch when they're working on mine. I was able to get a steering dampener and a side case replaced under warranty with no problems. I would highly recommend these guys. Tell them what you need, and they will find you a solution.

However, I brought my car to have them repair my power steering repaired. They called me and told me that it was fixed. But when I arrived at home my power steering was still leaking and I had to keep putting power steering fluid to work. I took my car back to them again to fix it. Once again they told me it was repaired. A few days later my wife was stranded while shopping for over an hour because the hose that they replaced was an inferior hose. I had to take my car to another repair shop and they told me that whoever replaced that hose was not a proper hose and it didn't even have a clamp on it. I called Quality Break and Auto repair being that they didn't do the job correctly after two times of bringing my vehicle to their shop. I called them to ask that some of he money be returned to me being that I had to pay over $600.00 again to actually have it repaired correctly. I was told that there was nothing they could do!
