I called to update his phone number in the morning so his virtual visit could take place. Earlier in the week I had to get emergency refills for his medicine. When I called, the receptionist refused to take my son's phone number. Never bothered to ask to look at his account, if she had she would have seen the emergency meds that were refilled. If she cared she would have asked for more information. The situation that occured that night is a true tragedy and the office calling to tell me they are sorry and the employee has been retrained and repremanded is NOT enough. My world, my son's world and my families world have been completely turned inside out. HORRIBLE care from this office!
