Salmon, rice and bourbon Brussels sprouts
Shanika G T.

From the moment I walked into Per Se in Douglasville, I was impressed by the beautiful decor--it's modern, chic, and inviting. We were seated immediately, which was a fantastic start to the evening. It was R&B Wednesday, and let me tell you, the vibes were unmatched! Great music, a lively crowd, and an electric atmosphere set the tone for an amazing experience. I ordered the salmon, rice, and bourbon Brussels sprouts, and every single bite was perfection. That salmon was so good, I literally dreamt about it that night! The drinks were spot-on--well-crafted and exactly what I needed to unwind. We also ordered hookah; while it did take a bit of time to arrive, once it did, it was smooth and enjoyable. Per Se nailed it in every way. I'll definitely be back to relive the vibes and the flavors! Highly recommend!

My sisters and I decided to try Per Se to get a drink and bar food. Food - The only food we ordered was the peach cobbler dessert. We wanted appetizers but they were out of the two items we wanted. The dessert was very sweet to the point where it wasn't edible. The drinks on the other hand were delicious and the presentation was really cute! Atmosphere - The restaurant is a nice size and there were only about 5 tables of guests including us. They seated everyone close right next to one another. The issue was the music, I wasn't aware it turned into a lounge at some time. The music was extremely loud and old we couldn't hear anything. With that being said we paid for our drinks and left pretty quickly. Service - Our waitress was great, she just couldn't hear us and we couldn't hear her.

Oysters- bottom left is the garlic butter

Went for the $2 Oyster happy hour on Monday. I tried three different kinds, Rockefeller, Asian (can't remember exact name) and the garlic butter. The oysters didn't come with cocktail or horseradish as advertised but, weren't needed. Rockefeller was the best of the three. The asian flavor wasn't good. Not sure what it was suppose to give but, it's also not listed on the menu. I asked the server what the options were and decided to try one. The garlic butter was good. The oysters came out lukewarm and the restaurant barely had 20ppl in it so not sure why they weren't hot. I seen a video on the business page that they were grilled but, it seemed like they were broiled in the oven. The restaurant itself had a bar type feel with nice decor. The servers were attentive. They also have a free parking lot. I won't try them again since my stomach was hurting after the oysters.

We went on Memorial Day during the middle of the day so there wasn't a lot of people inside. I'm pretty sure they're known for more of their late night vibes and brunch on Sunday. The decor is nice inside and kind of typical look or aesthetic as a lot of lounges around Atlanta these days. Since it was a holiday, there was only one waitress who was also the bartender, but she was doing a great job making sure that everyone was serviced and communicating about our drinks. I ordered the mango habanero wings with the fries m, and we also got their drink of the month which was the strawberry Margarita, which was only $7 so we made sure to get 2 lol. She did a really good job on the drinks. They were nice and strong and gave me that feel good feeling. My wings were good. They had a nice smoky flavor to it so it wasn't like your typical wings and the mango habanero had a nice flavor to it. I also enjoyed my fries as they were nice and crispy. My friend said that their fries were really salty, but mine didn't taste very salty in my opinion, though. All in all it was a decent spot, but wasn't anything great in my opinion. Again, it may have something to do with it being a holiday as well as being early in the day so that's not typically when all their vibes are really present. I'm down to check them out again for maybe an after work vibe or their Sunday brunch and see what it's like.

The Food was good! I especially liked the Atmosphere! It was decorated with floral decor throughout, including the rest room! The Service was a little slow, but the server was personable and friendly! I had an opportunity to meet and have a conversation with the owner about a few menu items that were changed! He was so kind and generous! I look forward to going back when I am back in the area.

5 stars all the way!!! I have passed by this place way too many times not to stop. Today was the day, and it couldn't disappoint. They were having a Galentines celebration that I will make sure I make next year again. The atmosphere is amazing, and the service is impeccable. I will be telling everyone about this place, and I will definitely be back. The food is delicious! Thank you!

This has been my go spot for about 4 months. However, yesterday, I was completely taken back. Myself and 4 of my girlfriends decided to enjoy the Monday night special. I explained that it was there 1st time. I usually go with just one other person, but with a bigger group, there was a lot of inconsistency. We order a lot of food. 2 crabfingers, the oil/butter/ sauce it comes in is too oily. Once you drained off that, it's good. The salmon sliders were the best item we got. The oysters were fresh, but some of us got garlic bread, and others didn't. The drink of the month, watermelon margaritas. The drinks came out super cute. We ordered 3 to start. The 4th didn't have the cube watermelon in it. I was here on June 19, and I didn't have the cube of watermelon in it either. We order the Brussel sprouts, mac and cheese, and veggie rice. When asked what veggies, she didn't know. But save your $7.. the rice is under cooked, yellow coloring, and disgusting. The other veggies were great. We order 2 shrimp platters. They were like fraternal twins. One had over a dz shrimps the other about 9. One had a creole sauce, the other ranch. When we spoke to the server (Patrice), she did say it was her 1st day. But once she brought over another server, they could tell the difference in the plates. Even took the food to the kitchen only to come back and still say they are not giving more shrimp. Apparently, they are weight and package ahead of time. They won't return food items.. but to not make up, the difference is crazy. Overall... this was not the best dining experience for $278...especially since the server got $42 /%20. They can't separate the food or print recipe if its more than 4 people. They will allow multiple cred cards. I did advise her to share that info in the beginning. For the place to not be busy...give us all the disclaimers and cater to the 2 tables you have. Once it's deem that the server is automatically getting gratituity, the quality always goes down. She was nice about it, and I understand the rules are the rules. I have personally met the owner on one of my many visits and expressed my appreciation for the venue and wish her well. But with this type of inconsistency, I am appalled.

Smothered braised oxtails (partially eaten prior to picture), season rice, brussel sprouts and plantains.

We had a party of 4 for dinner at 6 pm on Thursday, 5/7/26. We were seated right away. The live…read moremusic was really loud, even on the patio, but I enjoyed it! We got a bunch of tapas to share. We got 11 tapas total--one of everything, but 2 orders of mac n cheese. We could've done 9-10 orders as there was too much food. Here's what we got: Ejotes Salteados ($7), Bruselas ($9), Ensalada de Manzana ($7), Fondue de Camarones ($11), Ensalada de Remolacha ($8), Ensalada de Sandia ($8), Macarones con Trufa ($9), Pimientos Rellenos ($9), Hongos Fritos ($9), and Platanos Fritos ($7). My only complaint is the Ejotes Salteados were not as good as their fried green beans. Petition to bring those back! Everything else was delicious. The mushrooms were a highlight! Always a treat to go to Eclipse di Luna. While I prefer the original location in Miami Circle for the *~*vibes*~*, the Dunwoody location is good too!

Same day reservation for a table of 8, and they had a simple check-in/ordering process at the table…read more(they use QR codes but happy to bring menus by if you ask for them). Lalo was speedy and friendly with recommendations for folks visiting from out of town. Would definitely recommend the paella dishes, and would say paired with the tapas, everyone will get a serving or two. On a Wednesday evening, they had live music and a full bar. Would definitely visit again next time in the area!

We wanted to try a new tapas spot, so we decided to come here. She made a reservation online, but…read morethe host called and let us know they were fully booked for the rest of the night. The only available slot was from 6:30-8:00, and as long as we arrived on time, they'd seat us. We got there around 6:45 and had already looked over the menu on the way, so as soon as we sat down, we placed our entire order. The ambiance and decor were very nice and chill. It was a little loud, but we could still hear each other comfortably. We started with the sangria flight -- fruity and delicious. Our first appetizer was the papas bravas, crispy with just the right amount of spice. We also had the beef empanadas with chimichurri sauce, which were excellent. Next were the steak skewers, seasoned to perfection (though I do wish they offered a choice of cooking temperature). The octopus was my favorite -- char-grilled, tender, and full of flavor. We also tried the mac and cheese. It came out a little loose at first, but after sitting for a bit, it had a nice bite, especially with the chorizo. We finished with the shrimp in garlic butter and crostinis -- flavorful, garlicky, and one of our favorites of the night. Overall, this is one of the best tapas spots we've had in or around Atlanta. It's definitely our new favorite -- even over some of the local favorites in Decatur.
