To me, that is important because there is trust. I started going here 3 years ago. I moved to Washington DC and I still come back here for my oil changes and car issues. For a female it's hard to find reliable and trustful mechanics that won't rip you off. A good example, I was there earlier this year. Asked them to do a one over on my car. Mr. Miele then asked me about my driving habits and told him weekends only max 5 miles with the occasional drives to VA. He told me to come back in the summer to change my brakes then. Any other shop would have just changed them right then and take the money even though I had many months left on the brakes. The other plus side, they remember you!
