While I enjoy Pepperoni's because I think they have a very good thin crust pizza, I recently had an issue when I ordered a pie with feta cheese... I have probably eaten feta cheese 1 billion times. I know what it looks and tastes like. Last night, I ordered a regular crust with pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms and feta. When I got the pie, which was delivered very promptly, it appeared to have no feta on it at all. I looked over it again, grabbed a fork and pulled up some of the cheese to see. I still couldn't see any. I called, was asked to hold, then told, "the cook says he put everything on it." I don't understand why, in customer service situations, it becomes BLAME THE CUSTOMER. I haven't been diagnosed with crazytown, and I think I know what feta is, but who knows, maybe I have cheese blindness. Regardless, they agreed to send a replacement pie. When I got it, it was hard to tell if there was feta on it, but I could see a little. I don't know if the cook put so little on to "show me" or if that is how little they normally put on, but it wasn't much at all, and really should be ashamed. There was little to no feta flavor (it is a mild cheese anyway) and it was cooked UNDER the mozzarella. Feta is not a cheese that should be "burned into" other cheese. It should be thrown on top. That's how I've seen it from other pizza joints 99.5% of the time. The second delivery driver told me that when I order feta next time, I should ask for extra, so there's a tip for any of you who decide to go for feta. I won't hold this against them - it was a one time only thing, hopefully. Their pies are good, and so I wouldn't give them fewer than 3 stars. Their root beer is recommended. Went there for the gluten free pizza and was informed that all you can get for the gluten free is the crust with marinara sauce and soy cheese with no toppings. I tried to ask questions and asked to look at ingredients on packages and staff was not helpful. We ended up leaving without eating. Some friends and I ordered from here on Sunday night. We had two pizza's delivered. First, I was shocked at how stingy they were with toppings on one of the pizzas, especially considering that they charge $1.25 for each that you add. The other pizza that we ordered as 1/2 and 1/2, one half had all the requested ingredents, and the other only had cheese, despite the fact that we ordered separate toppings for that 1/2. Second, the pizzas were not even warm when we got them. This was my first time ordering, and certainly my last. I spent $40, including a $3 delivery fee and tip, and got 1 and 1/2 cold and disappointing pizzas. Don't waste your money. read more

This is the worst service I've ever received at a Pepperoni's...I am a lover of Pepperoni's, but will never ever visit this location again. I ordered a pizza for delivery, when the driver arrived she could not find my apt so, I had to walk out to get my own pizza. Upon opening my pizza box I noticed that my ENTIRE pizza was jumbled and melted together( see picture) . I called the store to make them aware of the situation; they offered to get a new pizza out to me in 15-20 minutes....I waited 45 minutes. I was completely livid at this point and tired of waiting so I decided to personally go to the location. They were able to make me a new pizza and refund my money. However, upon returning home, I noticed that the driver had delivered my replacement pizza and I knew this because she left it sitting outside on my doorstep, REALLY!!!! I have been eating here for 15 years, but only during lunch. It's a once or twice a month place with a few from work. The only reduction in the stars is that it can get crowded sometimes, but I keep going. Good for groups of 4 or less. Worth a visit if you haven't been there. read more

I use to order from this place for years. There pizza and sub sandwiches use to be so good. However, I stopped ordering from them about a year or so ago because they were constantly getting my order wrong, or the pizza would arrive cold, and the delivery was always late, like over an hour late even though they are literally located less than a minutes drive from my house. I decided to order tonight and get an Italian sub. I asked for extra salami, extra onions and to hold the mayo and pizza sauce, and to please put the oil and vinegar on the side for me. My order arrived a little over an hour. I called and spoke to Daniel who said they were very busy and the driver just headed out 10 minutes ago. By the time the drive did arrive he didn't have a receipt for me. He only had the printed order and asked me to just sign the back of it and said that their printer wasn't working or something to that affect. When I opened the order there was no oil or vinegar and I kid you not, no salami, only 2 ham slices per each half on the sandwich, there were no onions, no black olives anywhere to be found, no bell peppers, just tomato slices, a little bit of lettuce, what looked like a tiny bit of cheese and only ham. I did call Daniel back and he said that he put the order in but the cooks must have not made it right. He said he would have them remake another one and send out to me right away. Pepperonis, you use to be a good place and your food use to be so good. I am so disappointed. I took a chance after not ordering from you over a year and you let me down again. This will be the last time I order from you for good. By the way it was over 30 minutes ago that I talked to Daniel for the re-ordered sandwich and no one has arrived yet. I can practically walk to your place its so close. I know your drivers get busy but this just isn't good customer service. This is one of the best local pizza joints in Houston. My inner-loop friends are sad when they find out they can only get it in Fort Bend County. Very good NY-style pizza. Try the 5-cheese (don't fear the goat cheese--it really makes it). Salads are decent, too, especially the Napa Walnut salad. read more

I used to order from here every weekend but I've stopped. I am lactose intolerant, AND trying to watch my weight and I always end up with a pizza LOADED with cheese no matter how many ways I've said "light cheese". I shouldn't have to remove cheese from my pizza. I ask for extra tomatoes on my pizza, I don't get it. It makes me think they don't pay attention to their orders. This review is for the Riverstone location at 5932 Hwy.6 in Missouri City, Texas. Apparently Pepperonis has new low standards for salad preparation in order to save money. I understand it is under new owner-management and I thought there was hope, but wrong! Greek salad had maybe a teaspoon of red onion very finely chopped, no Kalamata olives, maybe a tablespoon of cheese. Dressing had something missing, not sure what - lacking in flavor. Several months ago I got a Greek salad that had the ingredients of a garden salad minus onions. A few weeks ago, I ordered a lasagna online, it was received lukewarm with the bottom layer burnt black and not edible. And forget the wings. They break them in half and you only get half-wings counting as a wing. Ordering BBQ sauce has no meaning. It was not baked in sauce and had been dipped in regular sauce. Disgusting! For many yeas this was my favorite place to order from, then about a year ago this all changed. Maybe Pepperoni 's needs to change their prices and charge enough to give the wonderful salads, wings, lasagna, etc. of old. I no longer even like ordering frm them. read more
