Finally a woman asked who we were there for and told her the name and she eventually told us the girl we were booked with wasn't even there that day. After almost 45 minutes of waiting somebody else stepped in and did the lesson for my daughter. Once the lesson began everything was fine but if you don't mind waiting around and no customer service then this is the place for you.

I expected her to give us a little more instruction since the groupon did indicate "lessons." Some horses were more obedient than others, so choose wisely haha. The ride itself was pleasant. I would've wanted to go up a nice trail or hill but we just went around the neighborhood streets. I recommend this only if you have a Groupon and if you're going with a great group of friends. This is definitely for beginners. If you're an expert at horseback riding, you'll probably get bored.

Not only they help him with the physical aspect of equine therapy, but his sessions also teaches him about compassion, patience, good work ethic, and responsibility. Melissa did not take this into account when teaching my daughter. She would give her several verbal cues at one time which would overwhelm my daughter. She also seemed and get irritated and continued to focus on what my daughter was doing wrong and not praising or encouraging what she did correctly. I never received a response from Melissa which is extremely unprofessional. I've also seen her texting on her phone during a session which is very unsafe. I canceled my remaining sessions and will not be returning. I regret spending my funds on this experience since my daughter seems to have zero confidence now.
