Pepper Palace is the place to be if you have a spicy tooth. It's like a pepper cathedral. A shrine to all things spicy. It's like a warm cup of ghost pepper mash inside. I just made those terms of endearment up. You can use it, no problem. No patent is pending. When I was a young man I dreamed of tastes other than Heinz ketchup and iodized salt. I knew that there was a world of flavors out there just waiting to me to discover. It took until I was almost 18 to find it. I got a job in the restaurant biz, and the rest is history. It has been a few years now and boy did I make up for lost time. I may have actually burned some of my taste buds completely off. This place gives me the solution to burnt taste buds.... Even hotter sauces! My favorites without a doubt are the Ghostly Garlic sauce and the Chipotle Ketchup. Mix the two together and oh boy. They have a Pepper Lemon rub that is phenomenal. The coffee rub is fire too. It is actually all good. Each time I go I find something new to try and love. Sometimes the counter help will give you something that will raise your blood pressure it's so hot so take their suggestions with a bit of caution. It's like a hot sauce cave inside. I love this place. I'm so happy to have one close to home so I can buy random hot sauces every few years hahahaha. At least I don't have to buy it online anymore. Coming here used to be one of the highlights of my Gatlinburg trips with church so I just love this chain in general. I wish they would bring back more of the ketchup flavors because I love those. This place has a wide array of sauces from extreme spicy hot to mild. They have spoons for taster samples that helps anyone find a flavor they will enjoy. My wife and I went there today and Alexis was a great help. The store was clean and neat. Alexis provided great recommendations and provided me with very welcoming experience. This place is at the Tanger Outlet mall. They give unlimited samples for sauces and seasoning. You get 1 free for every 5 you buy and 3 free for every 10 you buy. They also sell merch.
