Peppers were my favorite, followed closely by the Eggplant. We had a Sauvignon Blanc with the appetizer, paired well. Next up was a shared potato mint cheese ravioli, faint mint and potato that reminded me strangely of pierogi (in a good way). The sauce was excellent and the Sous Chef popped out to see us enjoy this course - thumbs up! Bene! My wife had the tuna carpaccio (perfect amount of ginger) and I had the pork shin with chestnuts and prosciutto. The meal was great and our young sons brought the friendly proprietors to the table early and often, to our delight. We will return and expect you would too if you were to spend more than a few days in the Bracciano area. A presto!
