However the response was that they don't install parts purchased from the customer . I had a follow up with a question which was why don't they install parts pre purchased - because I'd like to have a warranty on my parts . The response was "we don't provide warranty " , which I knew they wouldn't provide warranty on my parts since I pre purchased my part with its own warranty and they didn't answer if they do provide warranty on their own parts and labor . My main question was why don't they install pre purchased parts and I was hoping they gave me another option alternative option. It was a missed opportunity was they didn't give me another option for the service, such as offering me warranty on parts and labor if I used their service/business . Maybe even educating me as a future client as to the why their business doesn't do that . Overall the response was quick but my question wasn't answered . Weekday-only appointments but I was welcomed to drop off over the weekend. The drive was about 35 minutes from northwest Tampa but worth it. They started and completed my repair a day early! I only went to fix my car, but they hit the back of my car without even a single apology and kept avoiding responsibility. When returning the car, they tried to cover it up, but when I came to pick it up, I immediately noticed and confronted them. Still, they didn't admit their fault.
