Came back 3.5 hours later and my car was still not even serviced. Per the manager Molly the mechanic had to pick his son up - she offered a 10% discount for the inconvenienc, my $325. Service was $343. AMCO has great work life balance for their employees but they're not very interested in yours.

My dad got an oil change from Valvoline in EHT and unfortunately whoever performed the oil change did not properly change it. This resulted in a large amount of oil being spilled in the engine bay and subsequently soaking his alternator, causing it to fail the day after the service. When contacted and informed about the situation, they stated we should've initially brought in the car as is for them to further assess and assist. However, the car was not in a drivable condition and if we had not gone in ourselves to discover the large amount of spewed oil and soaked alternator, we could have not known the damage was from their oil change. We were offered an amount of free oil changes to rectify the situation, so a solution was presented, but obviously mistrust has grown and we will unfortunately no longer be using their services even after being long time customers. Please be aware when getting your car serviced there! One again this is not to bash the business or employees but bring awareness to customers, especially those who may not be car savvy and do not have the resources to fact check a business they instill their full trust in to provide quality service to their vehicles.

They take their time to access the issues and they won't charge you an arm and a leg to suck out as much money from you as possible. I'm had my exhaust system repaired which is a pretty serious job and even had smaller jobs done like reattaching a loose muffler. The prices they give you are amazing! Just fractions of what the other commercial auto repair shops will charge! They are first come first serve so definitely give them a call because they are a smaller shop and it may take a little time for them to get to your vehicle but it is well worth it!
