Best fried chicken in town and many times they will have an 8-piece special for $4.99 or $5.99. Tough to beat that. Similar to the Super Walmarts, this Albertson's has cleaning supplies and the other non-edible things and also the Osco Drug Store, which we use. The Osco people are so very accommodating and friendly. When we have been out-of-town and run out of a "script" we call them and they take care of it. They also have an excellent notification system to let you know when your scripts are ready for pick-up. Good folks. and the work with all the medical insurers. More than a grocery store.

Presumably, they're now closing the pharmacy on weekends because they are "shortstaffed" but I would guess they're short staffed because nobody wants to work for the most selfish, greedy, self-serving human beings on the planet, unless they are desperate with no other choice. Just like any other Walmart, it is a supercenter. Here you can find everything from groceries, toiletries and clothing, to electronics, housewares, and toys. They also have a photo center and you can also purchase money orders if that is something you need. At the front of the store is also an optical center which I have never personally used. Their garden center is open year round and during the spring and summer months they sell a variety of different plants, soil, and gardening tools. I have no complaints at all about the cleanliness of the actual store. The aisles are neat and clutter free and the employees seem great about making that a priority. The restrooms on the other hand, are almost always dirty. I've used the restrooms at both the front and back of the store and they are consistently dirty. There are plenty of self checkout lanes, but they do end up closing most of them down the later it gets at night. This is the smaller Wal Mart store in town so their selection of items isn't always the greatest, but that's never usually an issue for me. I typically know what I want before I even walk in so that way I'm not in there too long. It's definitely a one-stop-shop for those in Missoula and the surrounding areas.
