One of the items I sell is a brie baking dish, along with recipes and one of Jennifer cards. Think about it: You buy a brie dish which is great for company of just a pre-meal snack, of course with a bottle of crisp white wine, and walk down a few market booths and buy a super fresh wheel of brie to go with your new dish. What a deal. Jennifer suggests that her brie buyers come my way to get a nifty brie baking dish, so it is a nice courtesy we have going. Their products are shipped throughout Montana and maybe in your store also. Nice people working hard to bring nice stuff to all of us.

While removing the old cabinets they broke window trim. They didn't mention it, didn't keep the piece that broke and now I'm sticking with needing to match the old trim that has been in place and in the sun for years or replace all the trim so it matches. There is toe kick that was more than an inch short but they just left it with a big gap. They made the decision without any consultation to simply not include a cabinet because it would be in the way of the dryer even though the old cabinet was there and there was no issue with the dryer. Now the wall has an exposed spot that has to be painted which did t need painting and has to be matched to the old paint or the entire room repainted. There are gouge marks on the wall and broken drywall where they pried the old back splash but took zero care to not do damage. The quality of their cabinets is no better than any box store. The quality of their install is no better than any completely unskilled laborer could pull off. Like I said in the beginning, I literally could go on and on. The final word is that refuse to make it good. They defend their shoddy work. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy.

I love A-Thaiger and, while I do try to order new items on occasion, I am a creature of habit. I absolutely love their sweet and sour chicken. I is amazing to me. The chicken is fried up in a crunchy-ish batter, is packed full of veggies and has several pieces of pineapple in it. it is covered by a sweet and sour sauce that is NOT the standard out-of-a-bottle orange gelatinous goo. Quite frankly, it is delicious. We also love their Shumai appetizer (did I spell that right?) and sushi options. The only thing we haven't enjoyed so far is the Tom Yum soup. It is a bit more sour than we enjoy. The only consistent ding that I have for A-Thaiger is that they are not good at answering their phone because they get so busy. Sometimes we think they are just busy and drive 40 minutes only to learn they are closed due to staffing shortages or they are too packed to accept more guests. Lately though, they have put on their Facebook page updates when they are closed due to staffing levels. Do try A-Thaiger. I think they serve yummy food. I have distanced myself from IPA'S for a short time as they are everywhere but in late Spring and early Summer I have gotten a hankering for them once again and so here comes the IPA'S rolling back. Flavors to have fun with in this flavor profile here are hoppiness, floral, some maltiness and a sweetness of a natural sort. It was very refreshing and the color of the beer is nice and bright. I suppose that description could also be added to the flavor profile as well. A nice introduction into this brewery and hopefully further beer experiences with Higherground in the future!
