I love this store. Great prices usually friendly people. The one thing I dont like is being the only customer at the deli counter and nobody waits on me. They are task oriented and not customer service. They walk back and forth doing whatever task they have, wiping something down, putting stuff away and dont look at you. Deli hot bar looks like regurgitated leftover Americana. Bbq lamb with pickle slices and barely melted cheese???...... don't know who's making the menu but they don't have the culinary knowledge to design a recipe. Desperation is the only reason to eat there. read more

DANGER HIGH COVID RISK!!! - MANAGEMENT AT THIS STORE DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH: As other reviewers have noted, management at this grocery store does NOT take Covid19 seriously. They allow vendors to stock shelves without masks, do NOT enforce mask rules, and they do not effectively train or police their own employees. Shopping the other day, my cashier and bagger both had their masks pulled down below their mouths -- rendering them useless. The real horror story: the bagger then wiped her nose and mouth with her hand TWICE and proceeded to bag our groceries. I asked her to stop and use the hand sanitizer right next to her. Both she and the cashier gave me the stink eye and finished bagging my stuff. Normally this would just be GROSS, filthy behavior but with Covid: absolutely unacceptable. I politely contacted the manager just to inform them but got no apology or real response. Irresponsible and dangerous. I don't care if you love or hate trump. Wiping your dirty, dripping nose on my food is completely unacceptable. Any management team that would support that kind of behavior, especially during a pandemic peak, should be fired. read more

My main complaint is the deli. When I ask for my meat and cheese sliced the way I want it I hear them talking to others or they may even say to me "you don't want it that way" and then slice it the way they want. My answer to all of you is yes,"I want everything sliced the way I ask for it it be sliced." There are other places to shop and I will do so. The last steaks I bought there you could not cut With a sharp knife never mind trying To chew it...this was the third sale on meat i gave to the dog...because i did not keep my receipt.. I am disappointed and concerned that over half the customers don't wear masks and I saw 2 employees with masks below their noses. I saw no cart sanitizing going on--just picked up from parking lot and put up by the door for use. I talked to the store director and expressed my concern and asked why they don't comply with the Governor's directive. He said "I'm not going to argue with 70 people a day." Why not do what Missoula groceries do and not let people in without a mask. With our Covid numbers skyrocketing, I am worried. I will not shop there unless this flagrant disregard for people's health changes. read more

Terrible deli, terrible bakery. The food at the deli is old and hard most the time, the taste of deli side dishes is always different. The cookies are okay at the bakery but anything else is usually hard, old, or not even close to being cooked all the way. The staff and cashiers are hit or miss, some days there are super friendly staff and other days you get stared at like you don't belong there; it's very uncomfortable. Living in Stevensville we have a choice between this place or one that is twice the price on everything. For larger grocery hauls, we choose Walmart which is roughly a half an hour drive one way. I'm posting this review after being a shopper here for over 7 years. If I had a choice, this place wouldn't be it. read more

I had shopped at Super One for years. I stopped going after repeated incidence of people not wearing protective masks. The final straw was going there and about 20% of the shoppers and some of the employees were without masks one clerk had her mask hanging below her nose. There were four employees in the pharmacy, none had on masks. Simple and common concern for others need not be a political statement. read more

Service has really gone downhill. The checkers are so busy talking to each other they don't even notice the customers! The deli I had a bad experience today and the tall blonde young man took my med casserole and forced it in a large cup rather than putting it in a flat container. I told him it is not goulash and it should be in a flat container he shrugged his shoulders and proceeded to mash it all up. If there had been more I would have refused it. read more

I have shopped here for over a year now and bypass one store to shop here, unfortunately after the rude service from Desiree I'll no longer be spending any money or time with this store. I tried to buy 1 bottle of wine along with a load of groceries and had my younger roommate with me and she refused to sell to me. I tried to explain my situation and she fed me some BS line and acted all high and mighty without letting me get a word in edgewise. Mind you I've shopped here for a year and never had issues having a roommate with me while I check out. Her approach to the situation was very rude and unprofessional. From now on I'll be doing my shopping at burnt fork market. I hope that the management at this location can teach their employees how to be polite, and have some respect for their customers. Also if I were buying for someone don't you think I would be smart enough to have them wait in the car? Just a thought. read more
