Ended up tossing it away. What a waste! Why does all of their produce rot? While it's still hard? I'm the grand daughter of an orchardist. My family grew fruit for a living. We would never sell this and charge top dollar. And we would most definitely not take your money and keep it for foul produce. We would call that thievery. But you can see in the above response, these days stores don't really seem to care. They say they do, but offer nothing to rectify the situation.

He was very interested in my feedback and concerned about the issues I noted in my review. We had a good discussion. Since that time I continue to shop here and have noted some good improvements in the atmosphere. Primarily, the staff at the front of the store seem much more engaged in their work. I've seen no more of the grand socializing I used to see. I've even had staff do the bagging at checkout! I appreciate the work they are doing to improve services here. I think there is still some room to go as staff in the rest of the store still can be less than helpful, but I also realize hiring good staff is challenging in the current market.

I called the 877 number for customer complaints and told the rep about my experience. She appeared to be reading off of a script and couldn't vary from it. I believe that I will begin shopping at another grocery store in the future.

Wish I could remember more names .... The aisles are clean, well-stocked, and organized. The prices are reasonable, and sometimes GREAT bargains.
