This bar was in the hotel and was very cool. All the bartenders were able to make crafty cocktails, including the old ones. It gave the apprentice that it was upscale with the way they would make the drinks. Peanut was offered for free and they had a decent bar menu. I tried a few drinks, including a expresso martini and the Moscow mule. Both were fantastic... however, I really enjoyed the Moscow mule. They used pretty good quality ginger beer and the sugar was some type of molasses kind of sugar along with some dried slivers of unsweetened candy lime. We also tired the pizza- what can I say we were in a bar, late night having drinks, it was bad pizza. However, we did have the chicken wings and we ordered them extra crispy, and yes it was.... had the wings two nights in a row and they were awesome......issue is the bar drinks are pretty pricy- paid 15€ for a Moscow mule and had to cough up and extra 4€ to use Tito vodka, lol- the homemade vodka that cost around $25 for a half of gallon is now costing me extra in Germany...anyway don't know if it was the drinks or the company I had, (Cary R), but I had a great time the few nights we hanged here.... read more
