They set arbitrary limits for withdrawals, payment amounts, transfer amounts without communication. They lock accounts for these limit s no matter how many times you call them or talk to them and they promise to repair. They don't honor their own commitments and expect you to deal with it. We have tried for several years to work with them and have reached our limits. We don't want to go to a national bank but we cannot tolerate not having access to our own money. They send lock out notices and have you call a specific number only to be told by the customer seeking representative that they cannot see rhe messages and cannot help. It's sad because they do nothing.

After navigating a long phone tree I got to a customer service rep who said she was transferring me to the nearest bank branch. Insert palm into face here. Was transferred instead to a different bank but fortunately, the person that answered the phone took the time to answer my questions, contacted my nearest Chase Bank branch to me, and called me back with the answers I needed.
