I've had quite a few issues with this location in regards to them typing up a Direct Deposit form for my employer's payroll department...after a few trips back and forth, finally got it resolved. Never want to do that again! I recently opened up accounts with a well known bank because I was thinking of closing out these. However, I'm still on the fence! When I first started with this bank, I loved it but it seems service has gone down recently. Doesn't pay well for accounts but fees are minimal so it evens out, I suppose.

They are a friendly bunch here and I've stopped seeing the ladies here from when I was a child. They probably retired. Was moving money to a family member's account and all I needed was ID. No hassle that I've found in other major commercial banks. Highly recommended if you can become a member. Note, they do not do business banking.

Guy was amazing. Not only did he get me the insurance coverage I had requested he also got it the cheapest I could find but with great coverage. My family and I have experienced nothing but incompetence, and irresponsibility. When I voiced my concerns to Guy, I did not get a solution or even an attempt at service recovery. I experienced apathy and indifference. Some lessons learned: 1. Do not trust the quoted amount for your insurance, no matter how simple your policy. 3 quotes (multi-car policy, single vehicle coverage for my daughter, and a vehicle change). None of the quotes was even close to the amount that came back from underwriting. Is this how they get people in the door? It seems deceitful. 2. Be prepared for a few hours and repeated attempts at preparing your paperwork. Using "the system" seems beyond the ability of some staff members. 3. Triple check your paperwork (trust me, its probably wrong) 4. There is an obvious lack of customer service. I think your best option is to just make another choice. I sure am.

We moved from Cornelius to Denver NC in July 2020 and while closer, in distance, with all the traffic on NC Hwy 16 Business, it's about the same drive time to our original branch. Therefore, we have continued to utilize the Huntersville location unless are in the dropping of the dog for day care or grooming. That said. while I still prefer Huntersville, I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Staff is good and knowable about them products, but our shopping habits are different. Unless something is different, I do not specifically make a special trip to a bank. I'll normally tie such a trip to visiting and shopping else and to be candid, there is little to bundle this location with any other location in Denver, NC Staff is good and I have always been serviced with good results.
