Have used the Morganton, NC branch for nearly 7 years and have never had an issue. Tellers and bankers are polite, professional and always willing to help. I would recommend this branch if you are looking for exceptional service. read more

Horrible service since it changed from BB and T to Truist. Long lines inside, closed outdoor service, ATM out of cash a lot on weekends and an outdated machine. Understaffed and terribly run. This branch is the reason why I went from one bank when it was BB and T to three banks with a skeleton relationship with Truist. Other than this, it's awesome. read more

I had the minutes from our meeting in hand also had an EIN number from the federal government. They told me that I needed articles of incorporation from the Secretary of State.. unincorporated means you don't need articles of incorporation. This is the second time I have had to do this for a non profit. They really need some training here. They know less about banking and more about being creatively unfriendly than anything else. I give them negative one star for incompetence and snipey service.

I had my share account with them, which every Credit Union requires. They normally cost $5.00 to open the "share" / savings account. But, and I used to work at the second largest Credit Union in the world, the SECU, behind the Naval Credit Union, HAVE I EVER HEARD of them EVER taking that $5.00 out of the share account & moving it to the " Share Draft" account, along with any interest ( .38 cents ), & then TAKING, or STEALING THAT MONEY DUE TO what THEY CALL "INACTIVITY"!!! I am going to plaster these CROOKS ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA & EVERY OTHER PLACE I can!! I mean the least they could have done was sent me correspondence letting me know what was going to happen before it actually did & then I could have closed out my "INACTIVE" account & gotten MY MONEY back!!! THIS ORGANISATION ARE NOTHING BUT CRIMINALS!!!

Great bank with welcoming employees, ready to assist you with all your needs! We just love them!!read more
