They are a joke of a bank! I did a mobile deposit on their app, a few hours later got an email that the deposit was approved, yet now it is almost a week later and the money is still not available in my account. I've never had my money held at any other back once the deposit is approved, shoot I've never had a check that was under $3000 have and hold on it and this check was only $650. Don't waste your time with this bank, especially the everson branch.

Maryanne Olson is a rare find. She knows everything there is to know about insurance, true; but…read morewhat she offers is so much more. She instills confidence. I always feel like she is in my corner, and it's like having an insider advocating for you. This kind of service is why I have stuck with State Farm for well over a decade. It was founded on the principle of genuine, neighborly concern. And because Maryanne knows the industry backward and forward, it's incredibly reassuring because the industry is notoriously convoluted (the materials the company gives you to read are shockingly dense with legal jargon), and let's face it, it's a bit scary. Will I be covered if something happens? Will my life be upended? Bring your worries to Maryanne, and she will give you honest options that reassure you beyond the formulaic answers you might get from other insurance industry experts. Even when I moved away, Maryanne was there for me. Her work ethic is second to none, and her value is irrefutable. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to her.

Key Bank employees at this branch do not want to conduct business with Black Americans. Asian,…read moreHispanic and white employees there make their contemptuous disdain known by outright ignoring Black Americans upon arrival and then presenting their hostile condescending attitudes. They outright refuse to provide assistance by either stonewalling or by stating there's nothing they will do to resolve any issue. When I walked into the branch on two separate occasions, two different white males told baldface untruths that they hadn't any ability to reconcile my checking accounts. They stated they did not have any forms and didn't have notary services. In reality, neither wanted to accommodate my request because they did not want to provide customer service to any Black American. This typical mindset prevails among whites, Asians, and Hispanics in the area who socially exclude Black Americans from services because none like and desire working with Black Americans.
