Without the responsiveness, open communication, patience transparency - and YES: FOLLOW-UP - the women at ExpressPros consistently display, it's very easy to give up and settle however Bernadette has a unique ability to assess your skills and the employers needs to make a perfect match. Having worked with many agencies in LA, I can say without reservation that this is the best agency with which I've worked - hands down. In my almost 17 years as an Legal Assistant between markets, the team at Express has been been the most pleasant, professional and - quite honestly - enjoyable with whom to partner on my search. They work with stellar companies and firms and truly want what's best for their candidates. Only people who truly care go the extra mile. Anyone wanting to partner with true professionals must work with Express-Thousand Oaks, It's a no-brainer. Thank you Bernadette, Cindy, Renee, Claudia and Brenda. P.S. I must add as a caveat, that I began my search with another one of their branches-West Hills. Owners Bob Nudelman and Suzette Oppenheim are also the best and were able to find work for me several times in the past. Godspeed Express Employment Professionals!

Originally I worked for a company and needed a replacement for an important position, I worked with NANCY, and she made sure to quickly get the position filled and she gave me a range of people that I could choose from. They make sure their employees are only in the best of care, and that the customer (the job employing the person) is as comfortable as possible in the decision they are making. I loved her! Because of Nancy I referred so many of my friends and family to work with Exact Staff and they have always placed them in great positions with the pay that they all requested. They were amazing! Later, I worked with GINA and she was amazing, I told her how much I wanted to earn, and she made sure to bring many opportunities in that range. She was so helpful in giving me opportunities that I was interested in and made sure to place me in a position that she knew I would be happy at! I have been at my job for a week now and I am in love, it is so interesting, and exciting! It was exactly what I was looking for! Thank you Exact Staff, I have more referrals on the way!

Unfortunately, she never really found me anything. I ended up working in DTLA for a bit for their office located there because she had sent my resume over there to a another recruiter named Ryan. Both Ryan and Denise were hard to get a hold of. I reached out to Denise repeatedly on so many occasions to ask about work, but she never called or emailed me back. Then she would randomly email me with an assignment when I was already working. So I would politely respond and let her know I was on another temp assignment and to keep me in mind once it was finished. Again, no response and never any follow ups. So although she seems like a wonderful person, I'm not too sure about her work ethic. I doubt she's so busy she can't provide simple responses. She could have sent an easy email saying they didn't have anything available so at least I knew she still worked at Ajilon. Good luck if you do choose Ajilon for temping assignments!
