I do not recommend this recruiting company. The recruiters esp. the one with initials TP is phony. He should have been an actor, not a recruiter. They say they're going to do x,y,z for you and they never follow through. They probably have no idea where to place you or what your skillset are matched for the jobs they have, or they just don't have that many good viable jobs. They lack transparency on that front. I have dealt with this company 2x - have met in person, and have spoken on the phone on 2 separate occasions that led to no where, so I would not waste your time with this recruiting co. I was paired up with Denise P who was the sweetest and warmest recruiter I had ever met. I really enjoyed her outgoing personality and how enthused she was about finding me a job. Unfortunately, she never really found me anything. I ended up working in DTLA for a bit for their office located there because she had sent my resume over there to a another recruiter named Ryan. Both Ryan and Denise were hard to get a hold of. I reached out to Denise repeatedly on so many occasions to ask about work, but she never called or emailed me back. Then she would randomly email me with an assignment when I was already working. So I would politely respond and let her know I was on another temp assignment and to keep me in mind once it was finished. Again, no response and never any follow ups. So although she seems like a wonderful person, I'm not too sure about her work ethic. I doubt she's so busy she can't provide simple responses. She could have sent an easy email saying they didn't have anything available so at least I knew she still worked at Ajilon. Good luck if you do choose Ajilon for temping assignments! read more

I'm a former applicant of this office. To say that it's frustrating dealing with this office would be putting it mildly! A recruiter called me earlier in the week. After trying for several days to talk with her, I've finally given up. I left several messages & I never heard back from her. (Heather) It's just too frustrating dealing with unresponsive recruiters. Her supervisor made only excuses for this action. You don't 'punish' a job seeker for daring to criticize a rep. Want to only earn 15 dollars an hour after spending 50k on a B.S degree? Well you look no further. A temporary one month assignment that is brought to you by Tyler from Ajilion. You'll work in a completely different field in what you want to do in your career plus Tyler gets his paycheck and totally forgets about you. I was told that he isn't able to find work for me for over 15 dollars an hour. He won't ever respond back to you even though he'll say he has something for you. Don't listen or buy any of that non-sense. For example if you are working at Target, and target wants to give 20 dollars an hour, Ajilion only gives the employee like yourself 14 dollars which Mr.Tyler is profiting from you $6 dollars an hour. Imagine working there for a week. 5 days x 8 hours per day= 40 hours 40 hours x $6 per hour= $240. That's $240 dollars eating for your real paycheck. You have to pay taxes on your $14 an hour so good luck trying to get an apartment around town or even trying to pay back school for your 50k degree. My point is if you graduated school you really shouldn't be earning minimum wage. In N Out pays more than Ajilion for an.....office job. read more

Denise was genuinely nice and placed me in a good position and I really like working with her. Anton was a completely different story. He tried to set me up with a position at a "firm" that would be part-time but could lead to full time. Turns out it was one accountant and he was planning on going on vacation and the job wouldn't start for a few months. 20 hours was the max and no opportunity for extra hours. Such a disappointment. In fact, I wouldn't trust a thing Anton says. He gave me some really strange feedback which I think is just one of his sales tactics. He couldn't put me to work and told me he only had three jobs he was working on. Really a sorry disappointment. When I emailed him about finding me a position he responded that we should talk so he could "manage my expectations" which translates into if you expect us to find you work you are expecting too much. I was recommended by a friend to this agency. My friend is in this agency and she was able to receive work. I went in and I must say the staff are very friendly and everyone was family oriented. They treat you will full of kindness. I went in with Tyler and everything seemed to go good that he would help me find work and it's already been months. There is no work to be found, which makes no sense. I wanted to work with Tyler, but it seems that he is not able to respond to any emails. I met with Tyler, and although he was very nice he just wasted my time. I have extensive research and administrative experience and Tyler told me I would not be on the market for long. He promised he'd submit me to many companies with great pay ($18+ an hour) yet somehow he'd always call to yell me about companies I had never heard of paying $12 an hour or less. You would think this office would have tons of job being in the center of the Westwood business center. NOT!! This office has ZERO jobs!! I think they only deal with mininum wage CS jobs as each time I have called and my friends, they never have anything!! Oddly enough, smaller Ajilons offices seem busier. I would skip this place, surprised its lasted all these years in the center of the WIlshire corridor, where there are DOZENS of big companies. It was the usual temp to perm engagement, giving both employer and employee time to see if it was a good fit, and it certainly was. In fact, it's the job I moved to LA for! I had a dream in mind, and Anton was a huge part of making it come true. It seems others here are blaming Ajilon for their prospective employer's problems, and that's such a shame and a huge disservice to Ajilon and Anton in particular. Their parent company failed to send me a 1099 form for tax reporting and I was penalized for failing to report the earnings. Obviously they reported it, but did not send it to me. If it's possible to give zero stars I would. This company is good for only one thing...wasting your time. I was introduced to recruiter Tyler Panos by a former colleague who had a good experience so I thought I would have the same. He interviewed me and said he thought I was great. I even asked for feedback on my interview style and attire, since they're the experts. I was given the thumbs up and told that it wouldn't be hard to place me. To just check in every few days for updates. So off I went and did just that. But after a few weeks of checking in I would get the same rehearsed phrase "we've been pitching you out for opportunities that come in." But if you ask about what opportunities, they don't have an answer. This after of course you finally get through to him. The president of the United States isn't as busy as Tyler Panos I guess, because this guy can't return a phone call or email. I interviewed with Ajilon back in July 2017 and we're now in November and I've never received a single lead. I still check in every few weeks and to date I've received 2 returned calls in 4 months. You are better off doing it on your own or going to another agency. Don't waste your time and effort on them. read more
