No work within county office staff are good people but supervisors are not profesional. The Application is ok with minimal work appearing.

Excellent resource for employers and employees to connect . Very friendly and easy to gain access to employment.

Beware Employers.... There are other agencies out there to use. Poor customer service and very poor lack of detail to there job. Our company ordered 4 workers a week in advance for a night and was told not a problem. We checked twice to make sure they would be there on time and knew the location. (The time before they got lost) We were assured that they would have a map and not to worry. Day of work day I get a call from Vanessa on my voice mail to inform me that they weren't able to assist and they would not be able to perform there obligation. I left three messages with there answering service and not one return call. On the voice mail she said that she had tried other places to try to find some help but couldn't help. After no return calls we called our local Salinas Office And they were able to find 4 workers. (Even with short notice) Companies please stay away from this office they cherry pick there jobs and don't put out any service to help businesses. read more

If I can put no stars I would the girls here are so rude and always make you fill like your a bother. They get annoyed because they have to stop watching YouTube and do THEIR JOB. Like they say if you don't like your job find another one and stop treating people who are just trying to find work to provide for their families like crap. read more

Labor ready is the worst, their are not professional at all. I walked in their and the girls where rude , they Gave me attitude and they where to busy looking at videos online. They hire under qualified people so they can under pay them. Don't waist your time with them. read more

8/22/2016 I don't know what happened to this business that is "complaining" about Labor Ready but they have to understand that Labor Ready gets men to work by signing up. Maybe that particular day they needed help, maybe the men were few to work or didn't have vehicle's to get there ect. These people that work for this employment agency don't have cars sometimes, they bicycle to work, or they have to take the bus. These people are poor so they should give people a chance. I found a job years ago with Labor Ready and it was in a restaurant and it was a great job! I'm back looking for work after not working since 2001, and they have work for me today. I am not going to complain because a lot of people are NOT working out in the real world. Why don't you give people and agencies a chance. I think this employment agency does a fabulous job of trying to help people find work! It is not their fault when sometimes they can't get enough men/women to work. Labor Ready is great! read more
