They gave no excuse, insisted their work was error free and accepted no responsibility for any of their mistakes. I had to have the state correct the quarterlies because they would not do it! They left us paying $1300 in fines and penalties! They did not offer to help pay any of it, even though 100% of the mistakes were their fault. I had two of my companies were with that horrible service here in Bend. I was spending up to over 40 hours just trying to reconcile my payrolls. So it was time for Dr. Google. I had had enough! Look up: Payroll services: Within one hour of calling Precisely Payroll, they were loading my information in so they could move onto doing my very next payroll!
