Only 2 responded and 1 went out of their way to help. Mason replied within a matter of minutes and offered to be at my place within 30 mins. I had told him I was still trying to get ahold of my landlord (I'm cheap & was hoping to avoid the cost) & if I was unsuccessful, I would contact him.
