However there wasn't any electrical outlets in the garage. Some E-bikes's batteries are built into the bike. The front desk ladies didn't want us to plug them into any outlets. Finally they said we could take our E-bikes to our rooms. The hotel doesn't have an elevator to the rooms! We had to carry and push the heavy e-bikes up two floors to our rooms!! The front desk wouldn't take my USA drivers license as a ID. I had to dig in my luggage for my passport before they would provide me with a room key. The front desk personnel were great in saying "NO" to everything. However they wouldn't or couldn't make any decisions of their own! Everything was we have to ask our manager, and she will not be here for a while. I asked if they had a phone, and they said yes, and I said call the manager then!

It is small family hotel with small comfy rooms, nice staff and delicious restaurant. there is no way you would expect something like this in this small town. I could write here all the reasons and explanations why you should not miss it but you should experience it on your own! You will love it! Only thing I can tell you - there is poor signal for your cell phones as the hotel is situated in a shadow of the castle. But believe me you will not mind it at all when you find yourself in the penzion's garden sipping your drink and admiring the castle. I stayed there overnight for like 20 times during my business trips and I recommend it to all people who have their way there. I would not stay anywhere else.

Tragedy, this is what I call a tragedy!…read more We came to an almost empty restaurant - not even 1/4 of it was full... On recommendation! The waitress apologized politely for the fact that their terminal wasn´t working and only cash payments were accepted. Never mind, there were four of us and two out of the four had cash. Then the waitress apologized that we would definitely have to wait for our dishes. Being asked how long for, she assured us that, of course, it wouldn´t take an hour. We agreed! And that was our biggest mistake ... An hour later we were assured by the assistant waiter that our dishes would be ready in 15 minutes time ... Um ... We had to wait for 97 minutes to get our dishes. The waitress's arguments intensified. She said: I can´t bring you the food raw! Or: There are only two cooks in the kitchen and they are doing their best! The last exchange of sentences was really worth it: When you come next time, there might be another shift and you will be satisfied. Ondra asked: "Do you really think we'll come once more?" And her reaction floored us: If you don´t come, someone else will! By the way - the price of one serving is between 290 and 350 Czech Crowns! Well, even in a crowded pub, one would expect more! Salmon trout was cold! In addition, one of us was served a side dish which we hadn´t ordered! My partner´s lasagne was cold and without exaggeration it seemed it had already been in someone else´s stomach ... Problems can arise. And they do usually arise at work. But such a solution? Well, the waitress must have been making fun of us. Of course we didn´t tip her and she seemed she was likely to push us down the stairs... It would have been enough if she offered us some coffee, liqueur or petit fours on the house, and God, was humble ... We would have appreciated her effort and wouldn´t have put this restaurant on the top of the list of those we would never go to again! A reakce nás dostala do kolen: Když nepřijdete vy, přijdou jiní! Mimochodem: Cena porce je mezi 290 a 350 korunami! No, i v zaplivané čtyřce by člověk čekal víc! Obvykle v práci i nastávají. Ale takové řešení? No, to si z nás kočka asi dělala bžundu, ne? My bychom ocenili snahu a nedali podnik na čelo seznamu těch, kam už nikdy víc!!!
