I ordered it online an hour before we needed it and he was ready for us when we showed up. He was so helpful filling out the paperwork and advising us on how to avoid excessive fees that U-Haul apparently is famous for, and got us quickly into a brand new, oversized van for exactly the same price as the smaller, older ones. He had such an upbeat attitude, what is not to love here? Do not be wary that the business is not a corporate U-Haul dealership, especially because, from the outside, it looks deceptively dark and iffy. This small business owner wears many hats, including his smoke shop and gift items. Hence the official name, Smoke and Gift shop. You will see the large sign on the outside of his shop, plus a smaller U-Haul sign posted in his window. There are small number of trucks parked in the parking lot. He really knew how to make this customer happy and make us laugh. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I originally came in for a transmission flush and coolant flush. After the service, I was upset because my coolant was still bright orange instead of the updated yellow coolant. I was told there might be some residual coolant left behind, but the issue was that it looked completely unchanged. A tech explained that the reservoir was stained, but honestly, the explanation didn't sit right with me. What made things uncomfortable was that the tech seemed frustrated and even gave me an ultimatum about paying if nothing changed--despite me and the service advisor already coming to an agreement. It felt unnecessary, and while I didn't take it too personally, it did leave me feeling off about the experience. Thankfully, Edgar stepped in and handled everything with professionalism. He had someone else redo the service, and the difference in the coolant was dramatic. On top of that, he went the extra mile by checking my other fluids to make sure everything was in order, which I really appreciated. Because of Edgar, I'm willing to give this dealership another shot. I don't want to slander the other mechanic, but I will say it's worth being mindful of who works on your vehicle. Every shop has good techs and occasional off days. In the end, I'm still giving Ford of Upland 5/5 stars because Edgar earned it through his effort, professionalism, and dedication to making things right.

It was Jose's 3rd day on the job but it seemed as if he's been selling cars for ten plus years. I did have a trade in vehicle and they made the whole process quick and easy and gave me the best value for my trade in. at the end of the day I was super thankful for stopping here at Upland Ford because they made me feel like family and help me get in a wonderful Truck. Just half assed sorries. I had to make several calls to other agencies, nothing available. I made the call to Avis and it was noted that they had vans available. Great! Gave credit card info and reserved. Drove there and we were greeted by a very friendly, welcoming employee named Shaheed. Next, uh oh, no vans available after all, they were being serviced! Oh no...BUT Shaheed came though! Gave us not 1 but 2 options! 1) Ford Explorer and 2) Jeep Wagoneer! Being that we needed the biggest option we could get, we chose the Jeep Wagoneer! Amazing SUV! Employees don't seem smart; nor did they have basic common sense. I paid for a monthly membership, yet their system failed to register my vehicle. They wouldn't open the thing to go through, so I tried to back my car out, and in the process, my bumper was dented. I'm extremely upset because this damage happened as a result of an issue with their system and the way the situation was handled. I believe Speedy Wash should take responsibility for the damage to my vehicle and work with me to resolve this. After this month, I will NOT be renewing my membership. Very frustrating experience and definitely not the level of customer service I expected.
