Walter and Breanna were friendly, very helpful and turned this into an excellent experience. Breanna had a packed cart waiting for us after we paid to bring to the car. Walter is charming and has expert knowledge in packing and the best things for us to buy for our needs. We left very happy and feeling grateful for the positive experience. Thank you Walter and Breanna!!

Rented a 15 foot truck from the Santa Monica location and the guy running the counter had an…read moreattitude with us from the start. His shirt said Walter Perez and from what I can tell he's the general manager. When we walked in I asked if they had coffee and what kind it was, just curious. He goes "we got the kind of coffee we have, go get some Starbucks if you don't like it." I let it slide and thanked him for the coffee anyway. At the counter we were trying to decide between the 10 and the 15 foot truck. Nobody was even behind us in line and he says "hey man, make up your mind, it's either one or the other." We had a 12 hour trip ahead of us. After we pulled out we realized there was still a lock on the back and we didn't have the key. We called and were totally polite about it, said sorry and asked if we could come grab it. He kept going on about how we should have inspected the truck before leaving and that this was on us. I had to drive back to pick up the key and all he said was "I told you, you have to inspect the truck." No apology, didn't take any responsibility, nothing. We played it cool the whole time and never reacted to any of his comments. After I got the key I watched some other customers come in and he talked to them the same way. Then I asked if his name was Walter and his attitude changed a little right away. On my way out I said nice to meet you Walter, sorry again about the key. He goes "you good, bro?" I said yes sir, have a good day, and then he tells me he'll make sure to give me 20 free miles. I'm guessing he figured a bad review was coming. By then it was too late though, he'd been rude the whole time. Definitely not a good face for the company.

Ryan and his team were amazing. When I arrived to pick-up the vehicle, I was greeted right away and the truck was there and ready to go for me. I was little bummed when I noticed there was only a quarter tank of gas when I first got it, but thought "oh well, if that's all I have to deal with I'm in great shape." To my surprise I received a message later in the day from Ryan apologizing for the lack of gas in the vehicle and that I would actually be receiving a credit on my bill due to my inconvenience. He also let me know that I had the full day to use the vehicle and not to worry about returning it later than I had planned. In the end, through a very stressful time having to move, Ryan and his team were a blessing. I seriously would recommend them to anyone, and can't thank them enough.

CONS: - The only thing I can think of is, there are really no well marked parking spots here? I kind of just pulled my vehicle up next to the huge propane tank. The employee said it was okay since it wasn't busy. FINAL THOUGHTS: - If you NEED to fill your PROPANE TANK, this is the place to go. I once went to a location elsewhere, and they charged basically a two 20lb tank minimum. Rip off. GO HERE. It's almost as easy as filling up your car with gas.
