As first-time homebuyers using a VA loan, we wanted a realtor who would listen to our family's needs, guide us through the process, and be patient with all of our questions. Carly was exactly that person. From the beginning, Carly made us feel comfortable and truly took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home. She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to explain what was happening at every step. One of the things we appreciated most was how well she understood the VA home-buying process. She knew the VA requirements and helped us understand what we could and couldn't request or include in our offer. That knowledge gave us confidence and helped the entire process go much more smoothly. Carly was there for us from the search all the way through closing and receiving the keys to our new home. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and exciting. We always felt that she genuinely cared about our family and wanted us to find the right home--not just any home. Our advice to anyone buying or selling a home is to choose a realtor who listens, communicates, and understands the type of financing you're using. We would absolutely recommend Carly, especially to veterans and first-time homebuyers. We are so grateful that she helped our family become homeowners!

We talked a bit and I…read moretold him what I wanted - to take some of my equity and payoff credit card debt - refinancing my mortgage. Initially he said he would put together a package. A little while later I got an email saying we were not at the correct LTV ratio to refinance. WHAT THE!!? Ok I am new to mortgages but I thought you could refinance at ANY time, not just when you have under 80% and can lose the mortgage insurance. Also, he should have known that while initially on the phone with him. I told him specifically what our mortgage was, how much I wanted for CC and what our home should appraise at. Btw, they check the value of your home based on websites like Redfin and Zillow and Trulia. We've done some extensive remodeled which obviously would not be reflected in the websites estimates- but that wasn't even taken into account. Our home was flat valued at market rate for the AVERAGE unit in our area. No thought of compensating for the kitchen gutting and remodel or the bathroom refresh, which can add serious value to equity. Not even a suggestion of an appraisal Just a flat out "we cannot help you" Hmm, someone out there will refinance us and get a good chunk of change doing it - and we will pay off our CC's and still have tons of equity -just not with these folks. Good luck and God bless .... Review 10/20/18 approximately - I don't know ... I heard the ad. I went to the website and filled out the contact form. I waited for a call back. Nothing. I called the number that was the personal phone of owner. Left a message requesting a call back. Nothing. So.... what's up? Selective responding?

We started in March of this year and finally closed escrow in September. While I don't recommend that long of a sales process Craig was present every step of the way. He never lost patience, carefully and kindly strategized each and every step, answered all of my questions, researched whatever needed researching, and kept a light heart that made me laugh a lot. I could not recommend Craig more. If you are looking for a slick dude, ready to sell you, Craig is not your guy. If you are looking for a kind, gentle, thoughtful, and experienced realtor, you would not be in better hands. I cannot say enough. He's the best!

This was crucial for us since we had moved out of state before our house was sold and were unable to receive vendors and oversee repairs. * Rather than tell us about offers on the sale of our home one by one, Craig waited until he had collected multiple offers to present to us at once. In this way, he was able to make recommendations and direct us towards the best offer, balancing the strength of the offer with the surety of the buyer. * Craig educated us on nuances of real estate that we didn't know about and translated everything to language that was easy to understand. * Craig put the appropriate vendors in place to ensure repairs were made to the satisfaction of the buyer so that escrow could close. * Craig went above and beyond in his services: o He received movers to load our last Pod and locked it up. o He helped us during our packing process by making several trips to remove boxes of papers slated for shredding. From start to finish, Craig maintained an exceedingly high level of professionalism. He clearly loves his work, as shown by his eagerness to come through for his clients.

We first met Liz in September 2025, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed. What immediately set her apart was her approach to pricing the home. Rather than relying solely on neighborhood comps like most agents, she used a sophisticated valuation system that factored in the home's condition, upgrades, and improvements over time. She walked us through how the software evaluated renovations such as kitchen and bathroom updates, roofing projects, and other investments by considering when the work was completed, what was spent, and the local return on investment. It was fascinating to see such a detailed and thoughtful approach to determining the home's true market value. During that first meeting, Liz also took the time to thoroughly explain the market conditions and discuss the best timing for listing the property to maximize its value. She confidently told us that once listed, the home would likely sell within three to four weeks. After months of preparing the house, which included cleaning out more than 50 years of memories and belongings, we finally listed the property in April 2026. Throughout the entire process, Liz provided exceptional guidance every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She always presented us with information and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while trusting her expertise. That trust paid off. Just as she predicted, we received multiple offers and sold the home within three weeks! Liz exceeded every expectation we had. She made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional experience feel smooth, peaceful, and manageable during a very stressful and heartbreaking time for our family. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication are truly unmatched. Elizabeth Do is a gift, both in her work ethic and in her humanity. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Liz, you are truly the GOAT!

Pat Hale worked hard to find a property that was right for us. She never rushed us. We definitely felt Pat was looking out for our best interest and not just looking to make the next sale.
