She put her flyer inside my mailbox and rang the doorbell. Then she ran off quickly. She is not a postal worker and knows this is not legal. She doesn't care about honest business practices. I would highly recommend Lorraine Bruyelle if you need a realtor, she was easy to work with and helped me get my first home (while staying in budget). We looked at dozens of homes, at all hours of the day, and summitted a handful of offers until we finally found the right home. Lorraine helped me craft the perfect offer and it got accepted!! Unfortunately, the story does not end there, the sellers relator was a nightmare to work with but Lorraine was on top of it and dealt with all the problems. I had a concerning experience with this Korean realtor. Previously I was pressured to write a good review which I took down after I have done some research and realized mine was not a typical experience of a realtor. He pressured me to hire his handyman for the inspection because he worked with that handyman for 10 years. His handyman barely covered anything. I had to spend almost 1/6 of house price to make the house livable due to countless maintenance issues found. I still don't know why escrow was only 15 days instead of longer period. I didn't have enough time to go through important details which cost a lot of money later. I raised questions about the conditions of appliances and he conveniently brushed them off; " just Google it" " there should a manual somewhere" There wasn't. And he also referred me to a Korean financial advisor whom he also worked with for 10 years. She was so shady and lacked credentials I decided not to work with her. He also referred me to a Korean painter who "only takes cash upfront" for a " huge discount" which I also had to pass. The Korean "licensed" electrician he recommended totally refused to check out my issues because he was "busy". I had to deal with countless maintenance problems by myself with the home warranty the previous owner provided. The home warranty didn't fix anything while collecting $75 service call fee diligently. When I raised a question about home warranty, he brushed it off. If I have known I would spend huge amount of money to make the house habitable for basic human being, I wouldn't have purchased. The last thing that shows his lack of professionalism is the fact that he requested to have a dinner with me after closing which I found creepy. Also concerned is his limited English. I think he did pass his American license but he reminds me of a monolingual Korean senior who passed US citizenship test out of desperation for government benefits. read more

I was disappointed with this real estate company. Karen Miller was the agent she worked way more for the buyer then us the seller. If you get offered her deals weigh them carefully. She refused to put things in writing stating that she could not. She had terrible communication. Likes to tell you what realtors does do but does not walk you through process. She Does not let underwriter do job. She quotes you numbers but does not want to put in writing. Overall this was miserable experience and alway made to feel like we were working for her and were wrong for questioning things. Karen was very good at making you feel like she was be bending over backwards for you and yet she was infact hired and to be compensated for the process of selling your house. read more

He got bids for improvements, he dealt with a very stressful situation with the testy homeowners association about a structural issue, and then, wait for it, sold my father's car that was parked in the parking garage with a dead battery. He was the most helpful realtor I have ever known and I count my lucky stars that we happened to find him during a stressful weekend going through my father's things. His team is amazing, too. I just cannot say enough about them. They even offered to stage the condo for no additional fee. Pretty amazing.
