Just got a card from Kendra celebrating our 4th year at the place we bought. Funny thing is, she was the realtor for the place and not ours. In the end, she helped us more than our realtors. She helped with the keys, getting in contact with the sellers, and keeping us up to date. She went out of her way and we didn't even hire her. As you saw above, still get a card from her. When/if we do sell our place in the future, I hope Kendra is still doing business :-) read more

Kendra Miller, Realtor - My Home 11 years later. - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Long Beach, California

We can't say enough about our experience with Kendra. She's 100% ethical and honest. She is always fully prepared and her follow-through is amazing, beyond anything I've experienced with prior realtors (and I've had a fair amount of experience). Nothing gets left to chance with Kendra; she was constantly in contact with the buyer and the burgers agent, their lenders, the HOA for the condo I sold, appraisers, etc. She makes things happen. Finally, communication. Kendra never ever left us wondering about the status of our sale. She called regularly, not excessively, just to keep us posted and we really appreciated that. In a nutshell, Kendra is at the top of her game. We'd choose her again without hesitation. read more

I sold my house in Belmont Shore through Kendra. She is just the BEST. We cannot recommend our Kendra highly enough, she is simply the absolute best there is. Over a two-year journey, she accompanied us to countless open houses without ever pressuring us, taking the time to truly understand our vision until she could instantly filter out what wasn't a fit. As local as it gets, it feels like she has seen every house in the area and knows every inspection report inside and out. During negotiations, she laid out all our options, shared her expert thoughts, and empowered us to make our own decisions without any pushiness. Throughout the entire buying process, she guided us step-by-step with patience and care, holding our hands through every detail when we knew nothing. Even well after closing, she remains someone we can reach out to anytime, knowing she will always be in our corner. If you want a dedicated, knowledgeable local advocate on your side, look no further! read more

Exceptional Real Estate Experience with Kendra Miller! This is my second time working with Kendra Miller, a fantastic real estate agent with Keller Williams. She first guided me through the purchase of my family's first home in 2016 and most recently helped us sell that same home in November 2024. Working with Kendra is always a delight. She is kind, gentle, easygoing, and incredibly reliable, which makes the often-stressful real estate process feel much more manageable. One of the qualities I admire most about her is her thoughtfulness. Over the years, we've received annual birthday and home anniversary cards from her--a heartfelt touch that feels like a check-in from an old friend. Kendra's professionalism and personal touch have made her more than just an agent; she's become a friend. I trust her completely and will continue to turn to her for all my real estate needs. She's also the first person I'd recommend to anyone looking for a dedicated, caring, and skilled agent. If you're searching for someone who truly goes above and beyond, Kendra is the one to call! read more

I highly recommend Kendra. She is extremely kind, thorough, patient and responsive. She first wanted to know what our expectations were regarding the property. She explained everything as it was happening and kept us informed every step of the way. She quickly responded to any questions we had and the materials she provided to us regarding the sale were excellent. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated her assistance and guidance with this sale. You will not be disappointed if you select Kendra as your agent. read more

In a few words, Kendra Miller is simply the best. She represented my family as we relocated to the beach. She listens intently and delivers on everyone's objectives! Without hesitation, I would recommend her services to all! read more

In 2015, Kendra was recommended to us. We scheduled an appointment with her. She asked if we chose her as our realtor, what did we expect from her. My husband gave his expectations and I gave mine. Then she told us what she would expect from us. That question to us and her response sealed the deal.We knew we would be working with a person of character and integrity. We looked at many houses and at times my anxiety and impatience were on full display. However, Kendra hung in there with us. We found everything we wanted in a home. And, Kendra negotiated the best deal possible. She's smart, KNOWS real estate and a jewel of a woman. We're sooo thankful for her. read more

I left an earlier review of Kendra Miller as a buyer's agent; after 9+ years in my Cal Heights Spanish bungalow, it all remains true. However, with the changes in the market and as I approach retirement in the next few years, I decided it was time to buy in Palm Springs and sell in Long Beach, and there was no doubt Kendra would be my seller's agent. In fact, she also referred me to a great agent in Palm Springs, as well as a creative finance rep. to help me avoid a contingent purchase, even as we began the steps to sell. Many agents approach a sale with dollar signs in their eyes; for Kendra, it's all about forming a professional relationship with her clients that is personable and supportive. Her knowledge and skills in navigating the complexities of selling are extraordinary, and she knows how to read a neighborhood and the market with expertise. Walking me through the process carefully, we listed and accepted the best of 10 offers in 5 days, and 30 days later, we closed well over our asking price. She guided me through my options every step of the way, navigated our inspections and deadlines, and was invaluable in her ability to work with the buyer's agent. I couldn't imagine selling a house with any agent but Kendra Miller; if you are moving to or out of a home in Long Beach, working with her is your smartest choice. read more

Kendra Miller, Realtor - SOLD!! - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Long Beach, California

We chose Kendra Miller to be our selling agent because she impressed us with her knowledge, attentiveness to detail and communication skills when we interacted with her in a prior property transaction. We made the right choice in having Kendra represent us. She is knowledgeable, thorough, detailed and focused. We particularly appreciated all of her network recommendations, such as the movers and plumbers, and she went the extra mile in assisting us after we moved before the close of escrow. We have engaged a number of realtors over the years in several cities on both coasts and Kendra is the best agent we have ever worked with. She personally handled all of the details of our transaction and she was the best at communicating with us every step of the way. Kendra, thanks for being the BEST! Paul and Tony read more

Kendra Miller is the best! If you want an easy transaction of buying or selling a home in the Belmont shore or surrounding areas you want to use Kendra. She is smart, kind, respectful to all parties in the transaction, a delight to work with, and absolutely went the extra mile to sell our family beach house. She relocated the tenant, and found a buyer for us well above the selling price that other realtors in the area had told us we could get. Being a realtor myself I know a thing or two about the process but wanted to use a local realtor and I am so happy we used Kendra. You will love her, let me say again she the best! :) Thank you Kendra! read more

Kendra is both honest and compassionate in her quest for the perfect home that suits your specific hopes, needs and dreams. She took a considerable amount of time showing us various properties in a very tight market. In the end, she was able to find out about the perfect home several weeks before it went on the market and got us in before the open house and we were able to secure our dream home for the right prices without a huge amount of stress and anxiety. She also sold my mother-in-law's home a decade ago and her service as a sellers agent is fantastic as well. Her knowledge of Belmont Shore and Belmont Heights is beyond encyclopedic. Her relationships with other agents are very congenial and that works in your favor as either a buyer or seller. And, you will get homemade strawberry jam each year to remind you of how down to earth Kendra really is. read more

I had the unfortunate task of selling my parents property after the untimely death of my father. It was sad having to say goodbye to their home and Kendra never lost sight of that. So how did I find Kendra? I was looking through real estate agent recommendations on Nextdoor and stumbled upon one of Kendra's comments. I was impressed but a little hesitant because she was a #1 agent. Working with #1 agents in the past got me tangled up with assistants which resulted in layered communication, missteps cost me real dollars. That is NOT the experience you will have working with Kendra. She picked up the phone on my first call. We scheduled an appointment to review comps and immediately got started. She set up the estate sale, the painting contractor and staging company. She showed up at my parents home to check on their work and provided progress reports everyday. The recommendations she made resulted in 7 solid offers and a higher than expected sales price. Kendra helped qualify each offer by contacting the lender of each offer ahead of time. These are the details that keep you on track and the deal moving. She carefully took the time to review and explain each document that required my signature. She also stayed close throughout the escrow process. Without her attention to detail, I'm convinced that escrow would not have closed in just over 2 weeks (funding the day before Thanksgiving!). Incredible timing given our transaction included a conventional loan in LA County. A great sales experience in spite of a sad situation. She is incredibly organized and communicative, you'll also swear that you are her only client. Lastly, Kendra is kind and assertive, two qualities that I find extremely valuable in an agent. I highly recommend Kendra and will absolutely use her services again in the future. read more

Kendra is amazing. We were quite nervous about the process of selling our fhouse, considering we were overseas for the entire process. Kendra walked us through step-by-step, made sure we knew what to expect, and offered expert advice that helped us through the negotiations. She was knowledgeable, helpful and made this process incredibly easy. And, she got our house under contract in less than 48 hours. Her guidance and help was very much appreciated. We will definitely refer family and friends to Kendra in the future. We can not say enough great things about her! and cannot recommend her highly enough. Michael & Sheri Busch read more

Kendra was our realtor on the sale of our neglected investment property in Belmont Shore. She is local to the area and had great contractor connections to quickly fix up the property before it went on the market. She managed all aspects of the preparations which was very helpful because we live out of town. She was a fantastic communicator through the entire process. (She actually answers her phone or calls back quickly to keep things moving along in this crazy market) She kept us up to date and explained us through the enormous mountain of paperwork & contracts required to sell a home in California. She was very friendly, detail oriented and professional at all times during the sale. She even helped out when we had questions about our subsequent home purchase out of state. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs. She is the BEST! read more

Kendra has completed the sale of our family home in Long Beach. The process was seamless from beginning to end. We are particularly impressed with her professionalism, honesty and transparency. Before we put our property on the market she was there to manage the contractors doing pre market improvements. She recommended staging the property and it looked amazing and sold in the very first weekend. Then she was there for the home inspection and the appraisal to make sure all went perfectly. She guided us through the entire process with an extremely high level of integrity we can not thank her enough! read more

Kendra Miller is wonderful. When my family moved to Long Beach, Kendra provided us extraordinary customer service--making the homebuying process as straightforward and stress-free as it can possibly be. After investing the time to genuinely understand our family's needs, Kendra advocated for us, opened her rolodex to us (with invaluable introductions both related and unrelated to our home), and tirelessly assisted us every step of the way--with a commitment to our family that has extended well beyond closing. Kendra continually explained clearly what would happen ahead, was there with us when it did, and followed up to ensure all went as expected. When something did not, she stepped in to take care of it. Her knowledge, experience, respect in the market, and approach are outstanding. She is a gem, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. read more

We were first time home buyers, but once we started working with Kendra, we never felt at a loss. She guided us through so many aspects: helping us clarify what was most important to us to have in our new home; answering questions like what options you have for adding AC to a home; and the nervewracking process of negotiating. She strikes a great balance between offering her well-informed opinions and stepping back to make sure you have space to think about it on your own. And! She has continued to help us after we bought our home with very prompt recommendations for the repairs and changes we wanted done. Overall, I definitely recommend working with Kendra! read more

Kendra is absolutely incredible! This was our second time using Kendra's services. The first time, 4 years ago, she helped us purchase our home. We were first time home buyers with a small budget but she managed to find us a condo in beautiful Bixby Knolls (an area that we thought would be totally out of reach for us) all due to Kendra's excellent negotiation skills. This time, we came to Kendra with a task to sell our condo and find us a house at the same time... in the midst of a global pandemic. And she made this whole process a breeze for us! Kendra went out of her way to help us get the job done as quick as possible and without any issues along the way. Firstly, the condo was sold over asking price the first weekend on the market! Secondly, she found us what we consider to be a perfect home that encapsulated each and every one of our must haves in this extremely competitive market (not many people are moving and selling and the rates are at an all-time low). All this was possible only due to Kendra's professionalism, amazing negotiation skills, work ethic, and experience. We highly recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling. P.S. Over the years Kendra developed an amazing group of reputable contractors, handy men, plumbers, gardeners, etc. It's been a little bit over a month since we are in our home and we decided to do some reno. Each and one of the people that we use was recommended by Kendra and the services they provide are exceptional. read more

We have both purchased and sold a home with Kendra over the last 12-year time span (even in pandemic!), and I can recommend her with full confidence. Kendra knows what she is doing, but isn't pushy. I never felt like she was in a rush; she never came close to suggesting we buy a home we didn't 100% love. I also appreciate that she is super on top of responding to emails and phone calls, so I know she is doing the same when we are trying to make a deal (when time can really be of the essence!). I've grown to fully trust her advice, and I look forward to buying another home with her soon! read more

We were first introduced to Kendra as the listing agent when we purchased our home, we were so impressed by her that when we were ready to sell there was no question we would be partnering with her. Kendra's knowledge of the Belmont Shore area is unparalleled and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. To add to that with these challenging Covid times, she was meticulous with ensuring the safety of visitors as well as homeowners. As first time home buyers we highly recommend Kendra. She guided us through all aspects, explained even the smallest details, and was there to help from our early search to making sure we moved quickly and easily through Escrow. For the Long Beach area- there is no one better. Kendra knows every school, street, and neighborhood- which was great for us as we navigated the pros and cons of different areas. Her attention to detail and thorough understanding of the process helped us to feel confident as we signed all of our documents and put in offers. Similar to the other reviews- there is not a bad thing to say. You should feel confident that Kendra is the best in the business. read more

Kendra had a difficult task working with four siblings to sell our parents home. It was an emotional time for our family and Kendra really listened to what was important to all of us and delivered what she promised every time. I cannot thank Kendra enough for making a difficult time for our family so much less difficult and making the process of selling of our beloved parents home go so smoothly. read more

Kendra is by far the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. You will see when working with her that she is really there to support you as a buyer or a seller. She is sweet on the outside, but if she needs to go to bat for you - she WILL in a professional, diplomatic way. With a real estate agent, you need someone who has your best interest and is not there to just make a buck (or close a deal). Her motives are clear - to represent (and guide you) you in the best possible way. If you are looking for an educated, honest, detail-oriented, no-nonsense advocate to buy or sell your home - Kendra is your girl. read more

Another fantastic experience working with Kendra!  She is an amazing realtor and an even better human being.  We have been fortunate to work with Kendra on three real estate transactions, most recently the purchase of our new home and the sale of our current home.  The pandemic has made for a crazy market and Kendra navigated it all without missing a beat.  She has a clear understanding of market conditions, the loan process, and what steps to take to make the nerve wracking and anxiety producing experience of home buying and selling, even in these unprecedented times, move smoothly. As a seller we can't say enough about her knowledge, competence, and professionalism. She goes beyond what one would expect from a realtor. She made suggestions on improving the property prior to listing and even had the various crews to implement those changes. She makes the process of selling and moving less stressful and comes through will suggestions of companies to assist your relocation, everything from shredders to movers. We highly recommend Kendra for your next real estate transaction. read more

I have so much praise for Kendra Miller that it's difficult to fit it all here. Kendra helped me buy my first home in a particularly challenging seller's market, competing against multiple offers. She was thoughtful, responsive, and walked me through the process in patient detail. Her knowledge of the Long Beach area was so helpful. She listened carefully to my wants and needs and then helped me refine my search as we toured many homes. She skillfully navigated the counter offers, appraisal, lender and escrow, and she has remained in contact after closing to suggest services and contractors when I needed. Beyond all that, Kendra is a genuinely kind person who made the whole process so much more enjoyable! read more
