On the morning of the service, Helen proactively called right before my appointment to let me know that Larry, our assigned cleaner, might be running a few minutes late. Even with the heads-up, Larry arrived essentially right on time. After a quick walkthrough, he got straight to work. Larry is a fantastic representative for this company. He was warm and friendly but stayed completely focused on the job. Deep cleaning a house alone is a massive undertaking, and while it would have gone faster with a full crew, Larry pushed through the entire day without stopping. His work ethic was seriously impressive. The final results were incredibly thorough, and it is clear Larry takes immense pride in his work. UPDATE 7-6-22 Well that was a little salty!…read more Becky did contact me immediately upon her reading the review, which is why it's now two stars (I am always going to give credit where it's due!). Her primary request was for me to change the rating and review, not about my concerns (this is where a simple "we can absolutely get her some training and do this better" would have been handy) After talking with her, I said I would be very happy to wait and work with them in June and update the review and the rating based on that experience. Well, June is here and I didn't hear from them, but I guess I know now why I didn't And that's too bad because I was actually looking forward to it. I wish them the best.
