We're in the country. Antonio was maybe two minutes late. He apologized because he got stuck behind some farm machinery. Darn two lane roads. He gave me an approximate estimate over the phone then followed it up with a firm price after arriving. I'm a former business owner so I appreciate his professionalism. I mentioned the other company. The window was force closed despite the break which split the window frame. The break was not reported to me. I am now having to get a professional repair. (3) He first quoted me an outrageous price. When I asked for his price per window, e was unable to give it. He then cut the price in half.
