On the morning of the service, Helen proactively called right before my appointment to let me know that Larry, our assigned cleaner, might be running a few minutes late. Even with the heads-up, Larry arrived essentially right on time. After a quick walkthrough, he got straight to work. Larry is a fantastic representative for this company. He was warm and friendly but stayed completely focused on the job. Deep cleaning a house alone is a massive undertaking, and while it would have gone faster with a full crew, Larry pushed through the entire day without stopping. The Sunsetter is a very good product for the price and although you can't believe everything you see on TV, like an awning for less than $600.00, once you shop around you will find this to be the best choice. Jeff was easy to deal with and was not a high pressure sales. He spent time and answered all my questions about the differences between the Sunsetter and products found at other sources that were significantly higher in price. When time to install his people were very professional courteous and completed the work in a short amount of time.
