Highly Recommend Hendric Croswell, Attorney at Law…read more I highly recommend Hendric Croswell. He took on my entire case and handled everything with professionalism, care, and integrity from start to finish. He was always responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood every step of the process. What truly sets him apart is that he was affordable and compassionate. I wasn't able to pay everything at once, and he worked with me by allowing payment arrangements so I could involve my family and make it manageable. That meant more to me than words can say. On top of that, he is a strong, fire attorney who truly fights for his clients. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the outcome of your case. If you're looking for an attorney who is professional, fair, understanding, and will go hard for you, Hendric Croswell is the one. -- Rhodesia

My son was trying to establish…read morejoint equal custody after his paternity was established in 2018, and every attorney we spoke with wanted $15K retainer. Sean overheard me say we had about half that available, and he came over and said he would do it. We had a one-day trial, and my son has had 50/50 since, but the mother continues to try to undermine him and eliminate his custody. I believe that parents should be as informed as they possibly can about the applicable laws and the process, but there are very few resources for pro se litigants. If you're expecting your case to be a long, contentious, stressful, drawn-out situation with the other parent bullying, lying and manipulating the court, then you'll need someone to help guide you on the best approach to try to reduce litigation. We recommend you call Sean for a consultation. One of the things I love about Sean is that he's an experienced attorney who cuts through the BS. He's a nice guy, which means you have to remind yourself you're doing business. Family law is part of a broader industry that involves all kinds of professionals. It's easier to deal with someone who understands your personal experience. We've had to turn to Sean repeatedly over the past few years, and we're looking forward to meeting Lauren and the rest of the staff. If you're a single dad or a partner, parent, sibling, or friend of a single dad, please connect at www.ineedmydaddy.org. It's a new site, and supporters are welcome to contribute. We're also working on a book about our experiences in the family court and have contacts for a documentary.

I honestly don't know what I would have done without Neil, Corey, and the team at Accident Pros…read more I was turning left when another driver ran a red light and caused the accident. Because of a confused witness, the police report initially blamed me. To make matters worse, the woman who caused the accident actually hired an attorney and tried to pursue a claim against me based on that incorrect report. I felt like I had become a victim twice. Several attorneys didn't want to get involved because the police report made the case complicated. Neil and Corey were completely different. They took the time to actually listen to me and investigate what happened instead of just assuming the police report was correct. They went above and beyond, obtained the body-camera footage, dug into the evidence, and fought to get the record corrected so it reflected what really happened. They fought tooth and nail for me and ultimately had to file a lawsuit, but they never backed down. In the end, we won. What impressed me just as much as the result was how they treated me throughout the entire process. They were friendly, approachable, responsive, and treated me like a real human being instead of just another file on someone's desk. If you've been in a car accident, especially if the insurance company or police report has the story wrong, call Accident Pros LLP. These guys genuinely care, and when they believe in your case, they fight for you.

I first started with him when he was with another firm, he then went to Gingery Hammer & Associates. I had a decision to make, either go with Jeff to the new firm, or stay where I was and to my own dismay, I decided to stay where I was, thinking it would be easier than trying to transfer everything over to the new firm. Well, that was unfortunate for me as the new attorney barely communicated with me on my case. I had to keep following up and was told there wasn't any new updates. I appreciate communication, and Jeff has always been great at that. I decided to change my attorney back to Jeff and quickly after the matter started to move forward! I was impressed and happy that the ball was finally rolling. I was also kicking myself because it would have resolved much faster if I had just gone with him in the first place. Lessons learned! I would highly recommend him and Gingery Hammer & Associates. -Jess
