I honestly don't know what I would have done without Neil, Corey, and the team at Accident Pros. I was turning left when another driver ran a red light and caused the accident. Because of a confused witness, the police report initially blamed me. To make matters worse, the woman who caused the accident actually hired an attorney and tried to pursue a claim against me based on that incorrect report. I felt like I had become a victim twice. Several attorneys didn't want to get involved because the police report made the case complicated. Neil and Corey were completely different. They took the time to actually listen to me and investigate what happened instead of just assuming the police report was correct. They went above and beyond, obtained the body-camera footage, dug into the evidence, and fought to get the record corrected so it reflected what really happened. They fought tooth and nail for me and ultimately had to file a lawsuit, but they never backed down. In the end, we won. What impressed me just as much as the result was how they treated me throughout the entire process. They were friendly, approachable, responsive, and treated me like a real human being instead of just another file on someone's desk. If you've been in a car accident, especially if the insurance company or police report has the story wrong, call Accident Pros LLP. These guys genuinely care, and when they believe in your case, they fight for you. read more

I was struck from behind while stopped because traffic was backed up on the exit ramp. The driver hit me at 55mph. It was very traumatic. When the police got the driver's insurance information, it was for an unknown insurance agency and I knew I would have trouble with them. It was clearly his fault which was corroborated by the police report. So I researched attorneys and found Accident Pros. They were very responsive. They worked by case and did not give up until I received everything I was due. All my medical bills were paid off and they also got me a very good settlement so that I did not have have to worry about having to get a new car. Yecenia and Annette who worked my case were very diligent, they kept me up-to-date, always telling me what my options were at every step, always fighting for my case. And they are honest, decent people. Hopefully I will never have another accident like I did before, but I would definitely use this attorney's office again if I ever needed their services. Highly recommend. read more

One of the most terrifying feelings in the world is the shock immediately after a car accident. My five-year-old son and I were parked on the side of the street and had just opened our car door to get out when a city bus struck it. The sound of the door scraping along the side of the bus was horrifying. What stayed with me even more was the realization that either my son or I could have already been stepping out moments before impact. We immediately called the police and a report was filed. Several bystanders gave conflicting accounts. Some said I opened the door as the bus approached, while others stated the door was already open and the bus drove far too close. After the insurance investigations, fault was initially assigned to us, which would have meant a negative mark on my driving record and higher insurance premiums. That's when we found Accident Pros through Yelp and a word-of-mouth referral, and I'm incredibly grateful we did. The process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Our case was assigned to a senior attorney with extensive experience handling car accident claims, and he took care of everything. The case resolved quickly, the city's insurance paid for the vehicle damage, and the attorney was also able to secure an additional cash settlement for us. I would highly recommend the Accident Pros and definitely reach out to them for a consultation if you are in doubt of whether or not you should get legal representation. Every case is just a little uniquely different and they can give guidance on whether or not you would have a good case. read more

Called in for a consultation and spoke with Neil. Let me tell you something, THIS GUY KNOWS WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT. I called them because other businesses kept sending me to voicemail and EVEN with a case they don't do, Neil gave me the time and education I needed to make my decisions moving forward with my incident. Horrible experience. They will go weeks without reaching back out after saying they will give a call back by the end of the day. THEY FILED A BODILY INJURY CLAIM WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND NEVER UPDATED ME ABOUT THE STATUS OF IT. They sent me an email terminating my representation but then didn't send a copy to the insurance company so when I went to file the claim myself the insurance company wouldn't speak with me. Imagine my surprise when I went to file the claim myself and learned THEY FILED ONE WITHOUT TELLING ME. Working with them has been nothing but frustrating. read more

Attorney Neil Bhartia was very helpful and great work work with. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to.

I hired this firm after my daughter's accident who is a young adult and on my auto and medical insurance. Attorney Neil immediately referred me to a chiropractor for my daughter. After the settlement was finally reached they advised me of the chiropractor fees which were outrageous. When I emailed and called asking why I was not able to negotiate these fees prior to the settlement agreement they would not respond. Finally, attorney Neil responded to my daughter. He acknowledged receiving communication from me and told her at the firms discretion they will only communicate with her as she is an adult. This is after Accident Pros, including had primarily communicated with me for over a year. Further, attorney Neil nor anyone from the firm would answer our question regarding the fees from their recommended chiropractor. I was surprised how they ignored my daughter's and I questions about those fees which overall where nominal for a firm of their size. Once they recieve their money, they will ghost you, at least in my experience. Do yourself a favor and use a more reputable firm. Very poor representation for business in Roseville. read more
