Hi there. I'd like to spread a bit of information about something that it seems everyone in their life may have to go through at one time or another. That thing is , an automobile accident. Of course not all car accidents require hiring an attorney, but for the ones that do this review is for you. I am here to tell you that usually, as far as the Attorneys are concerned in these types of cases they are usually trying to learn more ways to simply take more of your money. But, that being said, today I want to tell you about the delightful experience that I recently had at the Accident Pros in Roseville. As soon as I stepped into the office and through completion of the case. I was treated as if I was the only case they had going, and from beginning all the way through the required steps involved in settling the case went very smoothly I want to thank in particular my attorney Stephen Brown let the way as my soon as he began by taking my case and he had me and all of my medical bills paid in short order. I am fully aware that he didn't do it all himself so I'd also like to thank the entire staff whom I feel I met all of them just the other day. The most important thing it seems to me is getting your claim front and center for the other side's insurance and attorneys to see from start to finish so as not to be lost in a pile of paper. I want to relay a story that all to often seems to go the other way for me. I guess I can suffice it to say that good customer service experiences are just too few and far between these days. It may be an even bigger surprise to most to learn that this happened to be at a Law Office of all places. The law office was Accident Pros. in Roseville. You see, recently I was involved in a traffic accident in which I had extensive damage to both of my legs. At the time of the accident and shortly there after my biggest concern wasn't who was at fault, or who would be paying for whatever treatment I was needing in order to get through it all. I was in so much pain that I didn't think I could physically make it. Not to the doctors, not to the physical therapist , not anywhere. Including all the other treatments that i was told i would need. That was until after I met with with the team at Accident Pros. After being down in the dumps for quite some time I left the meeting with attorney Corey Hall and his assistant feeling inspired to not only move on but to bounce back from this injury with vigor. Of course it was made clear to me that yes it did matter who was at fault and that we needed to seek the best possible outcome from the case in order to be able to move on with the vigor that I now felt. The Accident Pros Law Office and the two attorneys I met Steve and Neil made a difficult situation easy for me and my family to deal with. They handled everything from day one when we met and I needed quick and strong judgement call decisions to be made, all the way through a hard fought legal battle (which we won!) with true professionalism and grace. I want to share a story from a recent situation at a local attorneys office. That office was the Accident Pros where I have to say everyone and I mean every single person associated with that law firm was top notch. A few weeks ago I was headed to Rocklin from Sacramento northbound on 80. Well I am sad to say I was in my first car accident since I was a teenager. Anyhow the accident started with me being rear-ended but eventually involved a total of 6 vehicles. On the scene that day there seemed to be a lot of blame going around as to who was at fault and who would in the end be paying the claims for all the damages done. Being that I was the one that was initially rear ended, I saw it as an open and shut case. However this was not the case as there were 4 other plaintiffs involved that would have to be satisfied by this one defendants insurance coverage. I just want to give a shout out to to the entire team at Accident Pros who both made me feel at home and were able to get my claim paid super fast. My attorney was Neil Bhartia who was assigned to my case and he simply made it much easier to get through all the deliberations involved and really was responsive to my needs during the whole process. Last year I was in a car accident where the other guy ran a red light and hit me while I was turning left.
