They are worn down, the hotel also has a pretty bad smell overall. I figured it was fine we were only here for 1 night. Well unfortunately around 5am the next morning, the fire alarms started to go off around the whole hotel. I waited a few minutes before going up to the front desk to see what was going on. The man at the front said he called engineering and they were supposed to be on their way. My son and I walked around the premise until they sorted out the alarms. At this point it's 6:30 AM. My son asked if he could look at the cup on the golf course since he had never seen one before. He must have been on the course for 3 minutes before walking back to the patio they have behind the resort. As he is approaching someone stops and yells "hey are you staying at the resort, you can't be on the golf course". He is 11 years old, and we would not have been outside in the first place if your hotel didn't have alarms going off at 5 in the morning. I would not recommend. 0/10 if I could rate that low.

The front desk said it was likely a bathroom fan. Well, he was right! The bathroom fans (from other rooms) in this hotel are sooooo loud! You will not be able to go back to sleep! I think that's a very important tidbit when it comes to booking a place to stay overnight.

Everything turned out perfectly. We had our ceremony by the lake with just a few family members and it was a beautiful day, we moved to the lodge for the reception, and everyone had a great time. The space was just the right size for everyone (we had 90 guests). The outdoor area had tables which a lot of guests spent time outside, which was very nice. The only thing I wasn't a fan of much was the food we chose (I myself am a VERY picky eater) but my guests said it was great!

If your pockets aren't quite as deep, then you can go with the misc brands that they carry. The t-shirts are screen printed and run under $10, and you can easily find a hoody around $20. Just don't expect too much from the quality, but then again, you get what you pay for. On top of apparel, they also carry some misc goods. You can snag some goodies for your pets, or even your golf clubs. Tons of variety here. Varying quality depending on how much you want to spend, but c'mon. The pro is so unreliable that the manager has to take on extra responsibility. Good on him. I mean you would expect a "PRO" to actually be in the golf section. As a student it is not easy to get off campus to the Dick's(Properly named) so getting an uber is not ideal. Just go to a pga or the penn state course, or do it yourself because the pro is extremely unreliable.
