I booked a happy hour cruise for myself and a few friends because we had a guest coming into town…read moreand wanted to do something fun for a birthday. To our surprise, the cruise scheduled for September 19 was abruptly canceled with no explanation. This was supposed to be our first time on the Benjamin Franklin Yacht, and based on this experience, I don't think we'll be trying again. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication. We were never given a reason for the cancellation, and the email we received stated we wouldn't get a refund for 30 days--which is extremely unreasonable given that the cancellation was on the company's end, not ours. Refunds should be processed immediately in cases like this. To add to the confusion, when we called the office, we were told the yacht was still available to charter privately on the exact same date. That makes absolutely no sense. Why cancel the cruise but still offer the boat for private events? All in all, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. We were left scrambling for plans with a guest in town, and the lack of transparency and poor customer service make it hard to recommend this company to anyone

I needed a tune up for my bike before the weekend and Transport was able to get my bike in great shape in just a few days (I had called other shops asking about the turn around time and some places couldn't even take my bike until later the next week). He did a great job and he even fixed my bike lock clip, which was wobbly due to a missing bolt! The price was very reasonable, too, especially considering it's peak season and I needed it done ASAP. I will definitely return for any future biking needs.

It was my first time going to this bike shop and was impressed with the quick service and professionalism. I thought I had to replace both tires and tubes but the worker said I only needed to replace one tube. He also oiled my chain and tightened my brakes free of charge. The tube and installation was a fair price. I would come back for future bike repairs and needs.

I went in pretty stoked and definitely a tad nervous, but the kind gentlemen on the phone, at the front desk and working around the gym assured me I would be just fine. I was. You don't need to know a thing before stepping foot inside. This place is great for both avid climbers and amateurs like us! These guys were great and thoroughly taught us everything we needed to know. We felt very secure before we began. It's definitely not easy, but really fun and highly motivating! Try it! The possibilities, once you know the craft are endless! When I travel to various National Parks and mountainous regions, I often see climbers. I now know a little more about what it takes and the kind of adrenaline rush it provides. No, I personally won't be headed out there anytime soon but many people come here to practice for the "real world" so if that's a goal of yours, head here. We enjoyed our time very much! We loved challenging ourselves as well as watching others climb and boulder just the same. There were people of all ages, levels, shapes and sizes. It was definitely a blast and had us thinking of a membership and wanting to bring the kiddos back for a family climb. I mean, what a cool, badass hobby, right?! It was such a fun, unique night and a way cool date night!! It was nice relying on each other to belay and really what's sexier than squeezing your ass into a harness? Haha People just hanging out and bouncing of off the walls, literally. We highly recommend it for those a tad more daring and adventurous! It wasn't crowded at all around 7:30pm on a Friday night which was definitely nice for our first time. They host children's parties and well, heck, even adult parties too! Very cool! We did find the building a tad hard to locate in the dark. It's basically a small industrial park on a dirt road. Oh, and look out for ladies night specials and Groupons!
