I took my mother to see Dr. Stephen Stache February 15, 2023 because she fell out of bed and her…read moreright hip hurt and there was a bump also. Dr. Stephen Stache is arrogant, aggressive and argumentative man. My mom asked him 3 times to look at her hip and he dismissed her saying "Don't bother I have the X-Ray right here it is Gluteal Tendinitis." He gave her a pill for pain and recommended physical therapy 3 times a week for 4 weeks and should go away in a year. It was SARCOMA CANCER GROWING ON HER HIP!! If he just looked at her leg and sent us to the right doctors maybe she would still be here. My beautiful mother passed January 8, 2026 at 9:56pm. She was so beautiful, successful, smart and had many talents I'm so heartbroken. Please stay away from this doctor he doesn't know what he's doing please get a second opinion. My mother would complain about hip pain and I would just say Dr. Stache said it's Gluteal Tendinitis and should go away in a year. It was SARCOMA CANCER GROWING AND IT SPREAD TO HER LUNG! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! I lost my best best friend because of a misdiagnosis!

Nothing but great things to say about the team here and the work they do. Friendly front office,…read moreeasy checkin process, and plenty of parking. Lots of great people, all working to help you get back you. No judging -- just helpful, incremental progress to help instill a self-help mindset to accomplish your goals. The team here really goes above and beyond and always has each other's backs. I've been to other PT spots but this feels like a combined team effort, and with much brighter and sports-oriented facility. That said, it's a complete mix of demographics and ages of patients. So regardless of whether you're an 18 year old trying to get back in the game, or an 80 year old that just needs to regain their balance, this is a great place for you.

I began physical therapy at BMSR&PT about 9 weeks ago, after dislocating my shoulder. I was…read moreassigned to Erin, who also works with Nick. Between the two of them, I was able to regain full use of my arm & shoulder. Before I began PT, I was barely able to drive, shower, do household chores, cook, or sleep without extreme pain. I am now able to do all of the above with ease and full range of motion. Erin and Nick are professional, pleasant to be around, and really know what they're doing. They are truly dedicated to helping people. My first day there, Erin developed an effective home exercise plan for me, which I will continue doing now that formal PT has ended. I would highly recommend BMSR to anyone who is in need of PT. In general, the facility is large, clean, cheerfully decorated and filled with state-of-the-art equipment. Their music selection is upbeat and inspires you to get moving. I had no issues with billing, scheduling etc. Staff at the desk were extremely helpful and nice. Five stars out of five!
