Store is blatantly religiously affiliated, if that matters to any potential customers, and they will be playing christian radio stations. My biggest gripe with this business is the uncomfortable customer service experience. The person working the counter claimed i "messed up the racks" by looking at items? I was the only customer in the store at the time, but I wasnt ripping through racks by any means and actively made sure to leave items/racks how they were, so i genuinely dont understand what this comment was made for. It felt uncomfortable and inappropriate to be addressed this way, almost in a disciplinary manner. I absolutely understand wanting to keep the store organized and being upset that you just finished reorganizing things, but this is a store where people will be shopping. If you cant handle people simply looking at clothes, then maybe you shouldnt own/work a clothing store ! I love the concept, but I must say that I had an unpleasant donation experience…read more I called the Restore donation coordinator, and confirmed that they would accept 16 of the doors I removed from the house I'm renovating. I followed up this conversation by sending a picture of the doors to the coordinator, who said they were interested in the doors. I was going to arrange for their free pickup, but it turns out this is quite inconvenient. They schedule based on your zip code, which dictates the day of pickup. Then, the pickup window is the entire day. So you have to be home and waiting for the pickup on a random weekday, the entire day. If you work, you just can't make this work. The lady told me that instead, you can drop off the doors at the donation center. Today, I borrowed a trailer, loaded up the doors, and took them to the store. At the store, the man told me at that he could not take my doors, without even looking at them. They don't want doors, they can't sell doors, and they definitely can't take as many doors as I brought with me. Not to mention, the man was standoffish and acted like my bringing in a donation was an inconvenience or something. This would be fine with me if I had not already been told they wanted them and to bring them in. So yeah, pretty hard to make a donation to this place. It was a waste of time this afternoon, and it's a shame these matching doors in decent condition now have to go to the dump.

They consistently have good and fun items. I've left with a huge cart full several times. My only issue is that it can get packed in there at times. There's often not enough carts nor enough dressing rooms when it's really busy. It's still not bad but I wish they'd work on getting some more carts donated and maybe find some space for a few more dressing rooms. They are raising money for charity and the people who are working there I believe are mostly volunteers so I don't want to complain too much. I'm sure if I'm overwhelmed by how busy it is, the volunteers and employees must be. I like to drop off things here and there to donate to them as well. That's an easy process here. I'm going to try to snap some photos on my next visit but considering it's a thrift store, it stays pretty clean and fairly well organized even on busy Saturdays and sale days.

They are friendly and serve a good cause by the selling of their merchandise. But I think the location is too large for the amount of merchandise that they have now. It seemed more empty when we walked inside. They're well organized, but the merchandise seemed more outdated whereas some thrift stores have a little bit better quality. Some prices were fine, but then some of the clothing I felt like was overpriced. We ended up buying a little bag of toys that were four dollars, which were reasonable for what was in it and my husband bought two books. I think if they get more merchandise to fill out the space then it won't look so sparse. I feel like they should've stayed in the other space they had.

My favorite - holiday cards. I came here for the LOLA Giant, I believe, and was so amazed by their Christmas cards. A bit gaudy, they are a fun change of pace from a typical Christmas card. They run about $2-6, depending on size, so you might not want to send one to everyone on your list, but certainly a few special someones. When I heard they had Valentine's Days cards, I was there. They were just as impressive. They also had other items for sale, including: jewelry, fused glass art, magnets, and larger art items. If you like unique holiday gifts, I encourage you to get on the mailing list to be aware of events.
