I can't say enough good things about Foremost Public Adjusters. After dealing with significant…read moreproperty damage and feeling completely overwhelmed by my insurance claim, reaching out to Willy and his team was hands-down the best decision I made throughout the entire process. From our very first conversation, Willy took the time to actually listen. He walked me through every step, explained things in plain English, and never once made me feel like just another file on his desk. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he represents, not just the paperwork. His knowledge of the claims process is seriously impressive, and he caught details in my policy that I never would have noticed on my own. Willy's team is just as sharp and responsive as he is. Every call was returned promptly, every question answered thoroughly, and every update delivered without me having to chase anyone down. They handled the back-and-forth with the insurance company so I didn't have to, and the difference in my settlement compared to what the insurance company initially offered was night and day. What really stood out was the honesty. Willy set realistic expectations from day one and then exceeded them. No pressure, no sales pitch, just straightforward advocacy from a team that clearly knows what they're doing. If you're on the fence about hiring a public adjuster, stop scrolling and call Foremost. Willy and his team took a stressful situation and turned it into a smooth, fair outcome. I'll be recommending them to every friend, family member, and neighbor who ever finds themselves in the same spot. Five stars isn't enough.

My previous review which was an honest and accurate account of our experience with All Central…read morePublic Adjusters and did not violate Google's terms and conditions was mysteriously removed. It seems a business can ask Google to take down a review they don't like. I attempted to post again but oddly enough Google did not accept the address for All Central Public Adjusters in Kendall and so it can't be reviewed. But I have no problem writing it again on Yelp. I do not recommend this business. It was difficult reaching Mr. Jose Sanchez after the contract was signed, at best we had to deal with his secretary. Mr. Sanchez failed to show up at our home for the scheduled meeting with the insurance representatives, their attorneys and contractors. I immediately phoned Mr. Sanchez who said he wasn't aware of any meeting even though it had been confirmed in an email and by phone. He did not offer an apology or any guidance. So my husband and I were left to fend for ourselves while this group of people walked through our home asking questions and taking photos and "snaking" our bathroom. It was an uncomfortable and stressful situation where Mr. Sanchez should have been available to represent our interests and offer support which is what we were paying him to do. Nor did he bother to followup with us after the fact. But he did ensure he received his 20% commission. Shame on you Mr. Sanchez.
