Had an adjuster (Maylin Zaragoza…read moreW146319) come out and sign contracts only to be advised she would not take the case because God told her not take the case. Tried speaking to a representative of the company only to be thrown in endless loops and they even went as far as blocking the landline which we were calling from. Not one person from this company showed face nor cared to give a formal explanation. If I could give this company 0 stars it would be too much - Esta empresa tiene empleados poco profesionales y de mala educación.

This team was contacted after water damage was found in our kitchen. Cynthia and Chris were transparent in the process and were there to hold our hand every step of the way. Admittingly, patience is key with a claim process, but everything was fair and communicated until the end. I wish no one this misfortune, but if this does ever occur to anyone that I do know, I would not hesitate to recommend Miami Appraisal Services, LLC.

Scam! I wish I had…read morea positive experience. I was actually shocked by the number of them posted. I actually had the opposite experience all together. We had major damage to our home most recently from Milton. We also had damage from Ian so I decided not to go at this one on my own. Long story short.. Our personal attorney recommended using a public adjuster. I hired Peninsula. In the end, I paid the adjuster 10% of the very first, and only check I received from the insurance company. I do believe the insurance would have paid this amount without the adjuster's involvement. Needless to say, the initial check fell short of covering all the damage to our home and even more so because I had to give a percentage of it to Peninsula. The adjuster sent two additional letters requesting more coverage and here we are 8 months later and nothing. I hate to discourage others to use a public adjuster because of my experience, but you may want to work directly with your contractor and insurance company before you share what money the insurance company may be willing to pay.

Gives you all of these great plans and then never follows through with anything. All this company wants is signatures on their agreements. They DO NOT work for the consumer!!! They work for themselves and their 10% commission. Our claim with them was opened in December 2022 and Tamara Martell has yet to coordinate with the insurance company's adjuster for a second visit. Lots of big words to make herself look good and in the end she proved to be a phony. Don't get scammed by this company.

My experience with PS Claim Consultants, Inc. (owned and or associated to Rebecca Gacet-Rodriguez)…read morewas extremely negative. If I could have given it zero stars I would have. The paragraphs below express my opinion based on my experience. If you want a knowledgeable and experienced Public Adjuster who will take the time to read YOUR insurance policy's terms and conditions, to become knowledgeable about YOUR policy as it relates to YOUR specific claim, do yourself a favor and refrain from entering into a contract with PS Claim Consultants/Rebecca Gacet-Rodriguez. However, if you just want someone who just performs administrative work on your behalf (i.e., file a claim, send emails, maybe make a few telephone calls to follow-up with the claim) you may go with her. Ms. Gacet-Rodriguez, did not pay attention to detail, did not have good communication skills and did not perform the due diligence that I as a client expected her to perform in her capacity of public adjuster with about 20 years of experience.
