Not grumpy people that hate their jobs and make you not want to make an appointment! Because they are so new getting an appointment isn't an issue. I'm sure that may change as they become more popular. For now, they are only open on Tuesdays. The rest of the week they are open at their other locations. You can check their website. They have SEVEN locations so I'm sure you can get in somewhere. It just depends on how far you are willing to drive. I had several issues removed with more to be removed upon my return visit. I couldn't be happier!
