The staff and technicians are professional and courteous. However, recently had a CO2 procedure…read moredone and would not do it again. Was told "downtime" would be 7-10 day. It was much longer - my face was a deep red and then turn to light brown and stayed that way for 2-3 months. On hot days, I still see the discoloration. I saw little results - had my upper lip and jowl area done. It has been five months post procedure. It was not worth the money that I spent and the stress and downtime of post procedure. I did have some botox done in the office and that outcome was fine.
