He did a great job cleaning and if it weren't for the troubles I'd be giving you 5 stars. He arrived right on time walked through and made sure he was going to do everything I wanted. He got started and then his machine broke down. He spent about 20 minutes working on it got it back up and running cleaned for about 20 minutes then it broke down again. This process of work, break, fix, went on for the entire 3 hours he was at my home. He was very apologetic and even gave us a discount. On November 10, 2021 our tenant reported that their upstairs water heater was leaking. We contacted…read moreServPro to handle all the water damage mitigation and reconstruction. They responded immediately, Jason was in contact with me and did a great job with taking care of the water that collected in the ceiling, drying out the floors, and ordering a required asbestos test in order to get into the area between the floor and ceiling. I never heard back from ServPro after the asbestos test was ordered and was able to confirm with the testing company on the 17th that the test was done and there were no issues. I heard nothing further from Servpro with the exception of multiple calls from the office staff inquiring as to our intentions regarding making an insurance claim. I repeatedly told them that depending on the final cost versus our deductible we would make that determination. We received a bill for services on November 29th so I made a call to our tenant to ensure they were happy with all the work done since I hadn't ever heard that it was completed only to find out that Servpro didn't do the reconstruction and our tenant still had a large hole in their ceiling. Our tenant told me that they had "finished" on the 18th and told him that we would need to hire a contractor for the drywall and finishing, but didn't tell us because he rightly assumed that they should have contacted us, as the client, to convey that information. I confirmed on their website again that they also do reconstruction in addition to mitigation then called the office on November 30th to find out why the reconstruction wasn't being done and was directed to talk to Jason, whom I left messages for at both 8:30 am and 4:30 pm with no response. I called the office back on 12/1 and spoke with Christy who got Jason on the other line and he told her he would call me back in a few minutes. I never heard from him. On 12/2 I called the office again and was given the number of Skyler, the reconstruction specialist, who'd been out of the office the past 2 days. I spoke with Skyler at 9:20 in the morning and he explained there were some scheduling issues and he would call me back in a couple of hours with some options. I never again heard from Skyler. I did, however, begin hearing from the office with regards to our unpaid bill. We mailed payment on 12/15 and had to contract with someone else to finish the job.

Restoration One came to my home, assessed the water damage under my sink which was caused by a…read moredisposal that late which was put in by Benjamin Franklin plumbing. The technician came into my home assess the situation, sprayed the area reducing my harm and the harm to others. They understood my need to get more than one bid and they were patient and waited for me to do my research. Once I picked them as my company of choice they were very responsive professional, and took care of all of my needs, including. The removal of the sink, base removal of molded drywall and the killing of all the mold spores. Once the sink base was removed. they then proceeded to take the old sink base to the shop where they took the old doors off of the molded sink base and put them on a brand new mold free sink base. note the doors were not molded therefore they could be reused again. while the sink base was under repair, the technician Russell came back and put in new drywall, then proceeded to put two coats of paint on the drywall. once the sink base was repaired, Russell retrieved it from the shop. Return to my home and put the sink base back in place. and they did what they said they would do in that. They returned my cabinet and wall back to its original condition before the leak occurred. everyone that I worked with at Restoration One were very professional, upfront, honest, and they also were very clean in the construction process. during the construction process, Russell had a light that he was using to illuminate the area. I am visually impaired and have some vision, and I asked him where he got his light. This light was unique in that it was on the stand, and could be moved from one place to another. It was also extremely bright and very useful, as I require bright light to see what it is, I am doing. Russell explain to me where he got the light, and then he was such a kind person. He actually provided me with a light exactly the same as the light he used. now this is a company that goes above and beyond to make things right for the customer. this is a company I highly recommend and would use them again if the need should arise. Fantastic company and the customer service and professionalism was second to none. they have restored my faith in locally owned businesses in the Grand Junction area. if you are wanting to use Benjamin Franklin, heating and plumbing, I would go and look at the reviews which are not very good. I cannot recommend Benjamin Franklin heating and plumbing for my plumbing needs. my review of Benjamin Franklin, heating and plumbing.
