To put it kindly, I've never lived in a more micro managed community. It is not kind to younger residents (meaning under 40 years old). If you are planning on living here, READ the entire rules and regulations and be aware that every single rule is enforced strictly, 24/7. There is security riding around here all the time. However, they are really nice. It's the other residents you have to worry about. You're not allowed to have floaties in the pool. A resident called the security officer to report that we had floaties in the pool. It's a ridiculous rule and a ridiculous infraction to report someone on. Frankly, I am starting to regret signing a lease here which is sad because this place had so much promise. I would not recommend to anyone. I would give this place 2 stars just because the amenities are great and I really like the unit I live in. Nothing else.
