Though my claim was initially rejected, they encouraged me to contest it & call for another evaluation (the damage was obvious). The claim was accepted by the insurance company & Raptor Roofing assisted me every step of the way. They provided the documentation I needed to be assured of their experience, insurance, & knowledge of roofing. They crafted a detailed estimate that matched the insurance company. They helped me select the right type of shingle, the right color of shingle, & the right accessories for my roof (all the things you don't think about until you need a roof). Diego & Eddie of Raptor Roofing provided excellent, friendly, knowledgable service. The crew was professional, industrial, & respectful (providing snacks, water & coffee helped ;-). From start to finish - removing, installing & cleaning up - I highly recommend Raptor Roofing.

We are just finishing up a home renovation project with Chuck and his team. The project included…read moreturning an unfinished space above our garage into a bedroom and a mechanical room into a guest bedroom, full bath and walk in closet. The work was extensive as it included relocating a furnace (new unit inside and out), re-routing and installing new ductwork, electrical, insulation, framing as well as new plumbing for the full bath. Chuck and his crew are fantastic, the work they've done is top notch. They are very easy to work with and I've really appreciated that Chuck has been in constant contact throughout the entire process to let us know when they would be coming and going. Even though our house has been an active construction zone for sometime, his entire crew have been very diligent at keeping it contained as much as possible and cleaning up at the end of the day. One of the big things that set Triangle Home Solutions apart from the other companies I spoke with was that the other companies only did design and sub contracted 100% of the work. The other companies came over and the person they sent could not say for sure if certain things could be done or not. Chuck came over and it was clear that he was very experienced and was able to take a look at the home and immediately identify if the work could be done or not. Chuck has his own team that does the majority of the work and subcontracts out the specialty trades. He is also very much engaged and has been hands on in the work himself, you can tell that he takes pride in the work that they do. We are very appreciative of their hard work and highly recommend them without hesitation. I've already recommended them to some of my neighbors!

James Taylor Construction recently tackled a major renovation project for us, involving the…read morereplacement of four original windows and their surrounding siding on our 1940s house. We were already impressed with their work from previous projects, so our trust was high. However, what started as a straightforward window replacement turned into a more complex undertaking when water damage was discovered in the wall behind the old windows. James Taylor Construction rose to the challenge seamlessly. They expertly handled the unexpected wall replacement, ensuring the structural integrity of our home was restored. Their dedication to quality craftsmanship was evident throughout the entire project, from the meticulous removal of the damaged wall to the careful installation of new siding and windows. The result is a beautifully restored side porch area that not only looks fantastic but also feels incredibly sturdy and secure. We were particularly impressed by their commitment to schedule. Despite the unforeseen wall repairs, they managed to complete the entire project on time. Adding to our satisfaction was the competitive price, which remained constant despite the increased scope of work. While we appreciate the quality of their work and the professionalism they displayed, we were most grateful for the peace of mind they provided. Having a contractor we knew and trusted made a stressful situation significantly easier. We wholeheartedly recommend James Taylor Construction for any home renovation project. They are reliable, skilled, and truly committed to delivering exceptional results.
