Unprompted, Rob checked in on our project a few months after completion. He noticed that our pop-up had been washed away in a big rain and that the trenches had settled significantly (as I mentioned in my complaint). He replaced the pop-up, added more top-soil and straw and threw down some grass seed. In the end, we were atisfied with the result and the price of the project. I would have preferred some additional tamping during installation to avoid the long settling time, but alls well that ends well.
