We were already impressed with their work from previous projects, so our trust was high. However, what started as a straightforward window replacement turned into a more complex undertaking when water damage was discovered in the wall behind the old windows. James Taylor Construction rose to the challenge seamlessly. They expertly handled the unexpected wall replacement, ensuring the structural integrity of our home was restored. Their dedication to quality craftsmanship was evident throughout the entire project, from the meticulous removal of the damaged wall to the careful installation of new siding and windows. The result is a beautifully restored side porch area that not only looks fantastic but also feels incredibly sturdy and secure. We were particularly impressed by their commitment to schedule. I observed that they worked together well without any 'friction'. Nick went over Carey Roofing's estimate with us and worked closely helping us select shingles. A short time later Nick transferred my job to Chuck Carey who finished it up. As is often the case, there were a few hiccups during the project. Chuck kept me in the loop for any delays or issues and made sure the work was done correctly and as closely to schedule as possible. All of the workers were polite and did professional work.
