With that goal, they have the best mechanics who takes pride in servicing your bike and educate you along the way. 3. Reasonably Priced The prices from the shop is on Par if not a little bit lower from the industry prices. Look for Mark or Alex at the shop for a good deal LoL. The manual implies it does, but the sales sheet says not. The owner's manual is completely misleading on the subject and just leaves out the chapter on pairing your heartrate monitor, but discusses it. Well, it does not. Period. This was a critical feature. If I could, I would return it. So, don't expect them to know the products they sell. On delivery, they gouged the new wood floor, and left parts missing - important stuff, like screws holding the console in place, and the safety strap, and the grip caps (you know, so you don't cut yourself). It took two appointments to get the delivery and the resolution to the screws and safety straps. We're at 6 weeks and still waiting. Overall this has been rather painful and unresolved.

They carry top of the line brands and will have an option for any size, price point or specialty request. The customer service their is marvellous. Everyone is super personable, understanding and willing to help you the second you walk in. They gave me a really good price on a new mountain bike (close to $500 off), gave me a great discount on clipped peddles and threw in almost $100 dollars worth of other accessories. All bikes come with a long warranty backed by a few of the best bike mechanics in the GTA (in my experience). Repair times depend on the mechanic you get but 95% of the time the repairs are super fast. I've never had a problem remerge or not be fully fixed after taking it there. They have everything a veteran rider, beginner cyclist or anyone in-between could ever want and more. They sell bikes (of course), biking attire (both loose MTB gear and aerodynamic lycra), any kind of bike part, bike maintenance things, turbo trainers and so much more. Extremely short staffed. - Staff is overwhelmed by the number of customers. There is consistently customers standing around waiting 30 plus minutes to get helped. Worst offender is the helmet section. You are not allowed to try on helmets without staff supervision, but the staff is never available to help... 2. Poor knowledge about their products. - When you ask the staff questions regarding gear, like gear armor rating, helmet certification, glove material, etc. They will go to their computer and read off their website for you. Unfortunately, I already read the info on their website and know the information is lacking there, which is why I asked them in the first place... 3. Severe lack of inventory and premium prices. - Nothing wrong with charging 10-15% higher prices compared to web based dealers, I will pay for the convenience and access to a large showroom and see gear in person. Oh wait, nothing is in stock! If you did some research, you'll come to realize that what they have plenty in stock is sub-par rated gear and still cost a premium. I understand if there isn't much gear stores around the area. If you must come here, be sure to bring a knowledgeable buddy to make sure you don't get trash at a premium. I've been here a few times in the past couple years and have always found what I'm looking for. We purchased my son's first real bike here. It was in terrific shape with virtually no signs of use and came at a great deal. I've popped in other times too, such as buying used softballs - which for me makes perfect sense to save money on rather than buying new ones. Outdoor skating season is now starting up again, which brought me in yesterday for skates. We plan on going several times this season, so it didn't make sense to keep renting each time we go. We can in yesterday to look at their skates, and they have a MASSIVE inventory of both new and used. The price of the men's skates ranged from $40-70, with even the $40 ones being your typical Bauer skate. I got ones for $60, which had very little use and were made of composite material, making it a bit lighter. I also found skates for both my kids, which each pair coming in around $30. They offer skate sharpening for $5, but did ours for free since we purchased three pairs. They had plenty of sales staff present, so anyone could get the help they needed, whenever they needed it. The manager is also supper friendly and very funny. Next time you're looking for some sports equipment, I'd recommend looking here first. You might be surprised at the amount of selection and the money you'll save.
